I'm Not Mental
(This takes place straight after "Rex Dies")
"Cat? Cat, where are you?" Tori was having trouble finding Cat. The last she'd seen of the Perky Red-Head, she'd gone down to reception to chat to the receptionist. And the receptionist had told Tori that she'd sent Cat down to the "Special" section of the Hospital, because she'd appeared to be complety bonkers. Tori knew this wasn't the case, but could understand why the receptionist thought that. Cat could be very strange at times. And now that Tori had finally found the right area of the Hospital, Cat was nowhere in sight.
Luckily, one of the staff noticed the worried look on Tori's face. "Excuse me, can I help you?"
"Yeah, i'm looking for my freind Cat, the receptionist said she sent her here."
"What does your freind look like?"
"Well, she's got bright red hair, an-"
"Oh, I know where she is, please come with me"
The nurse led Tori along the corridor to the door at the end, and gestured for her to go inside.
The room was an observation room, there were several nurses and doctors looking through a one-way window at...
"Cat!"
"Tori, is that you? Where are you?"
I'm watching you through a one-way mirror. Don't worry Cat, i'll get you out of there." Tori turned to the nurse "You have to let her out of there!"
"I'm sorry, Miss...?"
"Vega, Tori Vega."
"I'm sorry , we can only let her out if you can prove that she's sane."
"Well, how do I do that?"
"She said some things to the receptionist, if you can give a realistic explanation for the things she said, we'll let her go.
"Ok, what did she say?"
"Well" The nurse picked up a clipboard "At first she asked why her uncle would soak his feet in chicken fat"
"I'd think for that, it would be her uncle who was crazy, not her."
"Ok, next she said that a puppet had a really bad accident, but he didn't like to be called a puppet."
"Oh, that. There a good explanation for that bit, but it's a bit long" Tori then went on to explain about Robbie and Rex, and what had gone on earlier that day.
"Well" The nurse said again "That accounts for everything she said at reception. But she's still siad a few wierd things whilst she's been locked in here."
"Like what?"
"When we told her the foam boxes on her hand were to keep her from hurting herself, she said it was neat."
"That's just Cat being Cat"
"Then she start unsing them as boxing gloves"
"As I said, Cat being Cat" After saying that twice, Tori noticed that everyone in the room was staring at her.
"Alright . Please come with me"
10 Minutes Later
After telling her that the hospital outfit was there so Cat wasn't startled (which took a lot of pursuading), the nurse led Tori into Cat's room.
"Hi Tor- Um, why are you wearing that?"
"Apparently it's so your not startled. Now come on, lets go" Tori then realised that the door had been shut behind her. "Wait a minute, why did you shut the door behind me"
"So you don't get out"
"Why would you want that?"
"Cause your just as crazy as she is"
"Wait, I'm not mental, and neither is she. What are the odds of that anyway? And if we're apparently mental, then why are we both in the same room?"
There was no answer.
"Man, I hope the others notice that I'm missing soon.
I had this idea on the spot, and thought it might work, and it does. As for Cat and Tori's fate, I'd asume that one of the others (Most likely Jade, since she could force the doctors to let them go) came and convined the doctors to let them go.
