Normal P. O. V.
It was a normal day at the Task Force Headquarters. Both Light and Ryuzaki were typing away on their computers. Everyone else had left to have lunch.
Neither Light nor Ryuzaki realized they left. When Light looked up he noticed only him and Ryuzaki where still there. Sighing he sat back down. The kira case was slow and no criminals were dying.
Light's P.O.V.
I was typing away at my keyboard. Realizing I had nothing to do, I went on a new website to entertain myself. I looked at the person next to me who was drowning sugar cubes in his tea. 'How can he drink that?' I thought to myself. I was looking at the synonyms for the word bored, when I heard movement. Ryuzaki got up and stated pacing. 'What is he doing now?'
Ryuzaki's P. O. V.
I was researching any lead for the case I was on. I couldn't find anything. I started to fill my tea with sugar. I noticed Light was looking at me. I kept putting cubes in my tea. I saw on the news about children all having the same name.
'Wait hold on.' I looked around the internet for my new formed question. Nothing. Getting frustrated I decided to pace. Yes pacing helps me think. I got up and stared pacing. Light looked up from his "research" and stared at me.
'Would Light-kun know the answer? Well it wouldn't hurt to ask.'
"Light-kun?"
"Yes Ryuzaki?"
"Where do babies come from?"
Light's P.O.V.
When I was about to ask him as to why he was pacing as he spoke up.
"Light-kun?"
"Yes Ryuzaki?"
"Where do babies come from?"
I was shocked why the world's greatest detective would ask me that.' Well of course I know the answer. I learned that in high school.
Should I tell him? Well I don't want to scar him.'
"It's simple. When a mom and a dad love each other very much they have… 'A special hug'. And soon the babies born."
I mentally face palmed that sounded so stupid. Big eyes looked at me.
Ryuzaki's P.O.V.
I stared at him. 'Was that it? I want to know more. What else does he know?'
"And?"
"And?"
"How does the mom get the baby?"
Light's P.O.V.
I was still shocked. "How should I know ask a woman." As if a magic Misa walked in. I got up and walked out of the room as fast as possible.
Misa's P.O.V.
I walked in the room and Light left. I was about the follow him when Ryuzaki spoke up.
"Misa? After the mom and dad have a special hug. How does the mom get the baby? Light-kun told me to ask a woman."
"You pervert!"
I walked in the direction as Light.
Ryuzaki's P.O.V.
I didn't know what I did wrong. I will have to ask someone who has a wife. I look my phone and called Mr. Yagami. I hung up quickly because the other men from the task force walked in. I stood up and walked over to them. They halted. "Mr. Yagami, I have a question."
"Yes Ryuzaki?"
"After the mom and dad have a special hug. How does the mom get the baby? Light-kun and Misa won't tell me and I figured since you have a wife you could tell me."
He stares at me and everyone else walks off.
"It's the birds and the bees kid."
