Forgotten

Peeta has to face two problems at once. Katniss loss her memory and does not remember him. and his kids might be brought to the arena.

Chapter One:

Katniss Everdeen has no last thing she remembers was walking into a room and thats all, nothing else. when she opened her eyes, she quickly sat up and saw a guy fell asleep on a chair next to her. looking at that guy gives her a warm feeling inside, as if her body knows that he will protect her, but her mind has no memory of this guy at all. Katniss observes him. she tried to guess how old is he. his blonde-brownish hair makes him look like he is in the twenties. but his face seems to tell Katniss that he went through a lot of pain and makes him look older. Katniss continues to observe him for 5 minutes when suddenly the guy twitched and grabs the chair's armrest. Katniss was shocked and let out a tiny squeal. the guy's eyes immediately open and next thing she knows, the guy's pair of blue eyes are staring right into Katniss'. Katniss came to her senses and awkwardly said a hello.

"Katniss? you're finally awake! gosh Everdeen, you slept for almost 2 weeks! feeling better?" the guy said with a charming smile.

"im so sorry, but who are you?" Katniss asked the guy.

"what, Katniss, quit joking." the guy said nervously.

"i'm not joking, who are you?" Katniss asked again.

"im Peeta, your husband!" the guy said and his voice cracked a little as if he will start bursting into tears soon.

"i'm sorry but i dont remember you, or the fact that i'm married"

"Katniss? Im Peeta Mellark. i was the other tribute during the 74th and 75th annual hunger games! we have 2 beautiful kids and-"

"WHOA, kids? whoa whoa whoa. maybe you got the wrong girl. now, i need to get back home! Prim and mom must be extremely worried since you said im asleep for 2 weeks!" Katniss started going down the bed

"Katniss? you seriously dont remember me? and Prim died more than 10 years ago," Peeta said grimly as he grabbed Katniss' shoulders

"YOU'RE LYING! PRIM IS NOT DEAD, GO AWAY. I WANT TO GO BACK HOME AND SEE PRIM! GO AWAY!" Katniss started screaming, yelling and pushing Peeta away as he tries to comfort her and calm her down. he ended up getting punched in his eye. he released Katniss and she fled out of the room. unfortunately, the nurses heard the screaming and yelling and next thing Katniss know, she is being injected and fell back into the arms of Peeta.
