The dark illusions of Spade envelops her entirety.

Chrome would never mind if she were Spade's doll because,
if she believe his lies, she's to fall into a dark abyss.
Since he said it with his most playful smile which make her heart flutter,
Chrome knew that he wasn't lying.
With Spade's playful smirk, forming on his thin lips, he says,
"Chrome, I love you. Nufufu~ Do you believe me?"
Of course.
Since Chrome is unlike Spade, her mortal body is to decay.
Then Spade offered her immortality.
Eternally, she's to be damned on this hell.
Like Mukuro, Spade says sweet words that weakens her.
It may be sickening, but it makes her feel...
Secure, loved, protected, and important.
Spade envelops her fragile heart with a barrier of illusions to keep her satisfied,
With that, the lovers condemn themselves in a dark abyss,
Unknown if they truly shared love.
The barrier Spade has made to conceal his sadness,
Without trying Chrome has broken it.
Unknowingly, Spade embraced the girl's warmth.
The weak illusion Chrome made to protect herself,
Spade has broken it so he could protect her,
Not Mukuro Rokudo.
In the dark abyss, the lovers whisper to each other,
"I love you."
With their hearts and souls succumbed into darkness,
They say to each other,
"I love you."
In the beautiful illusion, they remained happily fooled with sweet nothings.
Having to forget their dark future,
They spend the eternity,
searching for the moment when they would truly love each other.
