Perfect Spring Day

Ginny Weasley sat by the Hogwarts lake on Easter day. She was sprawled out on the green grass, as the sun shined down on her long crimson hair and the light breeze tickled her skin. In front of her she had laid out an assorted bunch of wild flower she had picked and was now weaving them together. She gently tucked the daisies in pairs, while tieing the steams with bright red and yellow flowers crossing them over into a lovely pattern that was dotted with small lavender buds. Perfect for the Spring day.
"Oh hello Ginny!" a kind voice called out as the person sat down next to her.
"Hello Professor Lupin." Ginny smiled happily as she looked over at her teacher. At the beginning of her 7th year and the fall of you-know-who, Remus Lupin began teaching Defence Against the Dark Arts once again. Even since her 2nd year, the littlest Weasley always fancied the guy.
"Nice day isn't it?" Remus spoke softly as he looked the beautiful red head over. She grew up quite a bit since he knew her. A shy smile formed on his lips while scanning her face for something she might be thinking about.
Ginny blushed at the intensity of the gaze she was receiving, as she ran her fingers over her flower wreath.
"yes..it's wonderful" Ginny said while looking up, so her cheerful cinnamon brown eyes met the werewolf's friendly grey ones. Her cheeks flushed as she looked back down at her hands. She then stood to her feet gracefully, while Remus's eyes followed her movement. He watched curiously as she placed the wreath of Spring flowers on top of his head, her small fingers brushing across his face as she pulled away.
"Happy Easter Remus"
