Title: Wayward Loneliness

Summary: For Tatsuki, loneliness wasn't an option. It was the only option.

I just wanted to write something kind of dark and angst-y. It's not that dark but this is a very strong character in Bleach who I think needs some more love and more lines. This is the way it turned out. I hope you guys like it :P

Oh, err… this is set possibly after Ichigo and the others left to Hueco Mundo.

It wasn't fair.

She had said those words countless times, screamed them even. She could see him. She could. She could see all of them, parading around it those black uniforms. It made her dizzy. She could see Orihime… and Chad and Uryuu. She could see Ichigo, and Rukia. Even those friends of theirs that seemed to come from closed doors that vanished as fast as they came.

And they would all go away someplace without her. She wanted to go too. She watched them sometimes. They hunted these… monsters around the area, and she watched them. She cared too much for her friends to be left behind. But she couldn't watch them all the time; sometimes, they disappeared right along with those friends of theirs. It hurt her to know that they were all, somehow, risking their lives.

Not Orihime. Not sweet innocent Orihime!

Darkness. Every second ticked. Wounds were opened, cut by those swords of theirs, fighting for a just cause. Causing mutilation onto themselves to fight for somebody they loved. Bloodshed was inevitable.

She couldn't stand it. Orihime was with them too! She was with them; SHE WAS WITH THEM!

Just smile. Smile for them. SMILE. It isn't easy to smile, because of the pain they've put her through. She needed to stay strong, for their sake. They need a light, a beacon of hope for when they come back. Keigo couldn't do it. Surely she could. She hoped she could. She didn't want to be helpless. She wanted to help them, she needed them.

She was alone, drenched on the wayward. The rain clouds were black as she leaned on the street sign next to her; clinging perilously onto her knees as she sat, waiting. Even for the slightest sliver of hope. She knew that they were facing tougher opponents. She saw the look in Ichigo's eyes. She saw that blue-haired bastard. Ichigo weas scared, underneath all that fake determination. She nodded silently, he was doing it for the good of their lives. Orihime's life. Her life.

She just hoped they'll come back. She didn't want to be alone. Tatsuki didn't want to be alone.

"Please come back, Orihime."

All of you, please come back .I don't know what else to do… but sit here and wait.
