~Meet Me Under the Mistletoe~

A/N This jus came to me, and I wanted to try it out... I am not a very good author in my opinion, but I hope you give it a chance :)
"Elena! Are you here?" Damon calls out my name and I hear the door slam shut behind him.
"NO! No no no no no! Outside! Now! You weren't supposed to be home yet! Wait outside for five minutes, Salvatore!" I rush over to where he is covering his eyes, and pushing him out the door. There was no way he was going to ruin the surprise after all my hard word. I had spent all day today decorating every inch of the Salvatore household. I set up a tree, lit a fire, strung lights through the rafters with garland… Hell, I even back cinnamon cookies to jus get the smells right. "Get out!" I finally shove him out the door.
"You're lucky you're cute, Kitten." He sighs and slumps down onto the porch, looking up at we with a look of pure amusement in his eyes.
"Stay here until I call you. Got it?" I don't wait for a reply and back inside, rushing now. Quickly, I grab my little black bag with my costume and the mistletoe, and run up the stairs as fast as my human legs can take me. On my way I get the mistletoe on the rafters at the foot of the stairs and I run up to his room, making the red and green comforter is fixed perfectly, and the rose petals on the floor aren't smashed. Ducking into the bathroom, I rip open my bag and throw the clothes out, stripping out of the sweats and tank-top I was wearing. I carefully put on the little Mrs. Claus outfit, and apply some rosy makeup. Giving myself one last glance in the mirror to insure the little red bra with white fur, mini-red-shorts, red hood with white trim, and black-knee-high boots are all situated in the correct way before running back down stairs, and standing directly under the mistletoe at the foot of the stairs.
"Damon! You can come in now!" I scream, holding my breath. I hear the door open, a few staggering steps, a sharp intake of breath and then…
