There is no way I'm ever naming any of my pets that name

When you get a new pet sometimes you want to name it the cutiest name ever. But you have to remember that the new young pet does grow up faster then you realize ... and do you really want to call your adult pet that cutiest name for a baby pet at that age?

Chic shook his head as he folded his arms across his chest. "No." He simply said.

Melody looked into his eyes. "Yes."

"I'm not naming no pet of mine that." Chic closed his eyes as he shudded.

"Chic Cooper it's a perfectly lovely name." Melody swatted his shoulder lightly.

Chic's right eye as he looked into hers; "Melody Valentine Cooper no it's not." He closed his eyes once more. Hiding the smile that was trying to break through.

Melody cocked her head to the right as she looked at her stubborn husband. She looked back down at the puppy in her lap. Her face softened as she lightly petted it's ear. "I wouldn't be able to do that to this little cute guy."

Chic opened his eyes once more as he looked at his young wife. "I'm not saying that the fluff ball can't have a cute name hon. I just don't want it to be too cute … after all he'll grow up in a few years … and I don't to embrasses the ol man at the dog park after all."

Melody looked back up into her husbad's eyes. "How about Rembrant." Her lips lifted.

"Rembrant." Chic mulled it over. "Remmy. Rems. Brant." He moved closer to his wife and looked down at the puppy whom had it's head against his wife's thigh. "Hello Rembrant Cooper." He placed his hand against the puppie's fluffy head.
