Jasmine's shift just ended at 9 her job was a waitress at local 60's styled diner now the rain was pouring down unevenly. She opened up the screen door to go home that's when she noticed him. Him being a man about mid-thirties, baby blue eyes, dark black hair, wearing a button down shirt and covering himself with his red hoodie. Now Jasmine is not the type of person to just invite random homeless man to her house but he just looked lost and confused. She couldn't help it when he started sneezing and coughing she thought it would be best if she did help him out not out of pity but just being nice for a change.
"Hey. Ummm… Mister?" She inched closer to him trying not to scare him. The man looked up at her with those liquid eyes.
"You cold?" She felt stupid but didn't know how else to invite him to her house without sounding too much like a rapist in her mind. The stranger nodded still shivering from the harsh temperatures.
"Well you could always come with me. Plus I got some food for you" The man nodded again. Jasmine holded a hand out which he took cautiously. The duo made it to Jasmine's dark blue '67 mustang. The ride to her home was a quiet one the only sound you could hear was their breathing.
They made it home eventually and went into her house. Jasmine let him have the sofa for right now she sat down next to the mysterious man.
"So… Are you going to tell me your name?" she gave him a once over the man looked even more beautiful in the light.
"Castiel" He spoke with little hesitation
"Cool name, I'm Jasmine" Jas noticed he was to shivering really bad now.
Jasmine went to her bedroom leaving Castiel sitting there awkwardly. She returned with long black sweater and some ripped blue jeans.
"It's not much, but here" Jasmine handed him the folded clothes which he greatly appreciated he was glad to get out of the water soaked clothes. Castiel went into the bathroom to change he came out and sat by Jasmine.
"You still want some food?" She knocked around the kitchen trying to find some food.
"Yes" Jasmine got some leftover chicken out of her small refrigerator and heated it up in the microwave. Then gave it to Cas and both of them sat on the couch.
"You wanna watch a movie?" she offered
"Sure, I guess" He had a look of confused look again on his face
"Which one?" He shrugged his reply
"Any I guess" Jasmine got up and looked through her movie pile and settled on the Avengers. She got a big silk blanket and got back up on the sofa next to Cas. Jasmine handed him part of the cover so he could be warm to.
"Thank you" he smiled at her
"No problem" Castiel leaned over and hugged her. She smiled at his actions toward her.
