A Poem For Zutara
He is Zuko, the prince of the Fire Nation,
Soon to be the Fire Lord, for a destined nation,
He is hot-tempered, quiet, sad,
A unique kind of Fire Lord, should we not be glad?
And for his bride, she shall be…
Miss Katara of the Water Tribe!
Although she used to scream and protest,
Now the Fire Lady Katara does not detest,
When Lord Zuko gives her a simple kiss,
On her lips,
Lady Katara is the one,
Who helps him through the tons,
Of times when he was sad,
And helped him to be glad,
And made him not regret,
The time when his father gave him bloodshed,
And helped him to discover,
That the real Zuko was just uncovered,
Always waiting to be unleashed,
And treating the deceased,
With love and reverence and care,
Instead of with anger and an uncaring glare,
Thrown over his shoulder,
As he sought the comfort of a friend,
That helped to mend,
His fragile, broken soul,
The only one who could see through his outside behavior of a troll,
That was him,
Fire Lady Katara of the Water Tribe,
Now does many things for Lord Zuko without a bribe,
And even sincerely loves him,
And knows just how to make him grin.
Fire Lord Zuko and Lady Katara were meant to be,
And were guaranteed to succeed,
In whatever they do,
Because they know it to be true,
And are proud and loyal to eachother,
No matter what problems are bestowed on the other,
Their love will always stay true to the end,
And even at the End,
They will always be more than friends.
