After discovering a mysterious book which contains a treasure map inside, Shizuka and her friends travel across the seas searching for an island that the treasure is said to be on. However, a group of robot pirates led by the evil Captain Bernado are also after the treasure as well and they will do whatever it takes to get to the island and find the treasure before the kids do.

Welcome to the first chaptet of my newest story Heart-Pounding Treasure Hunting Great Adventure in the South Seas!. The main sources of inspiration for this story were from the late 1993 cartoon licensed Sega Master System/Game Gear 2D action platformer Disney's Deep Duck Trouble Starring Donald Duck (Known in Japan as Donald Duck"s The Four Secret Treasures / ドナルドダックの4つの秘宝) and the early 1998 Japanese theatrical anime movie Doraemon: Nobita's Great Adventure in the South Seas (ドラえもん のび太の南海大冒険) as well as the 2017 Japanese theatrical anime movie Let's Go! Anpanman: Buruburu's Great Treasure Huning Adventure! (それいけ! アンパンマン ブルブルの宝探し大冒険!) with some elements from the mid 2018 licensed PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows open-world action-adventure turn-based RPG Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion, the early 2018 Japanese theatrical anime movie Doraemon the Movie: Nobita's Treasure Island (ドラえもん のび太の宝島) and the 1993/1994 Sega Genesis 2D action platformer High Seas Havoc (Known in Japan as Captain Lang / キャプテン • ラング and in Europe as Cap'n Havoc).

I only own the story of this fanfiction and My OCs. However, I don't own the Doraemon franchise or any of the movies and I probably never will. It currently belongs to Shogakukan-Shuesha, TV Asahi and Shin-Ei Animation.

A long time ago, a legendary treasure known as the Amulet of the Pharaoh was hidden away on an unknown uncharted island somewhere in the South Seas. The only one who knew the amulet's location was the person who buried it and kept a record of the map inside of his personal handbook.

Even since then, no one could be able to find the handbook with the map, causing many to believe that the treasure is lost forever.

But, that is all about to change...
