John Cena was getting ready for ECW: One Night Stand when there was a knocking at his locker room door. It's probably Vince trying to cheer up the WWE roster, John thought. He was partly right. Vince McMahon did come in but it wasn't for that reason.
Vince: Wrestlers please follow me because we have to make an appearance to do the National Anthem. They are said to be bringing in a huge popstar.
John: Who?
Vince: I don't know but we'll find out soon.
All WWE and ECW wrestlers are outside the ring. WWE on one side and ECW on the other.
Paul Heyman: Since ECW is opening with a big bang we thought we would bring a huge popstar to tonight's show to perform the national anthem. Here is...Jessica Simpson!
( Jessica Simpson comes out to her "These boots are made for walkin' "
She comes out in a strapless, cleavage showing layered dress.)
Paul: Take it away Jessica!
Jessica Simpson: Thanks Paul
