I think SQ was pre-established and after a magic accident Emma is a baby
Regina, Snow and David take care of her and I think Emma is like 4 years older every two or three days (she is growing up really fast) and she falls in love with Regina while she is growing up, like she feels an attraction toward her and when she is 18 yo they sleep together.
