Losing You Part 2
Continuing from Losing You part one.
Usagi thought to everyone. I love you all. You are the only one for me Mamoru. I'm sorry Chibiusa. I may not have been the best scout or the best student and a crybaby but forgive and
continue with your lives. Forgive me everyone. Goodbye.
"Usagi please you can't die," Mamoru choked out. Usagi's monitor beeped one last time and flat lined. The rest of the scouts and Mamoru fell to the floor in a sobbing heap.
A doctor and some nurses fill Usagi's room and try to bring her desperately back to life.
Other members of the hospital staff moved Mamoru and the scouts to a secluded area in the hospital but not without a losing fight, all of them were sedated.
A moment later in Usagi's hospital room.
"Her pulse is fading some get me a crash cart stat," the doctor said.
"She's going into V-Fib someone get me that crash cart now!" the same doctor yelled.
A crash cart emerges in the room. The doctor tries to resuscitate her with the paddles several times and fails.
The next day after Mamoru and the scouts wake up a doctor enters the room. A doctor enters the room with a mixed look on his face making everyone in the room stare onward at him. "Mr. Chiba I'm
Doctor Moto can we speak in private?" the doctor asks. "Anything you have to say can be said to everyone in this room," Mamoru says. "Mr. Chiba I regret to say after a long fought battle to revive
your fiancé that she did not survive. I'm sorry for your loss." Mamoru stares in disbelief at the words said to him as the scouts sob. "How?" Mamoru asks somewhat angered. "She went into a coma after the
surgery to save her life her body somehow rejected that state and she went into v-fib we tried to revive her for thirty-two minutes and she died again Mr. Chiba I'm sorry for your loss if you need anything
you can reach me here", he then hands Mamoru his card and leaves. "Usagi how could you leave me." That was two weeks ago today a rainy day in the city they laid Usagi to rest. Everyone including the
outers were their. Raye walks up to the podium." I could not think of how to say goodbye so I wrote this poem ."
With heavy hearts; and a tear in our eyes
After all these years we must say goodbye
The memories you gave us; we'll never forget
Especially the ones; of the day we all met
You have no idea; how much you'll be missed
Your memory will live on; in all of us our princess
So with heavy hearts; and a tear in our eyes
Just for now my friend, my princess; we say goodbye.
Raye starts to cry as she walks back to her seat. Mamoru is now at the podium and is talking inaudible to everyone as the rain pours down.
A stranger walked by dressed in black with a black umbrella only to catch the last words of his speech. " I know that she is in a better place." He walks up to her coffin and places a hand on it, "I love
you darling". He then sits down as the stranger walks into the back row and stands. Everyone stands and sings amazing grace except Amara who is playing the violin when everyone finishes the go one by
one and place roses and carnations on Usagi's casket. The reverend then directs everyone who was now seated to stand as Usagi's gave is lowered into the ground. "Ashes to ashes and dust to dust,
though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil; for you are with me.
The ceremony ends and the stranger vanishes. Mamoru turns around as if the stranger was not there with shed tears staining his cheeks. "Usagi I feel as if you were here watching us. I guess you'll have to
watch over us now".
