A Letter to Jack
We were strangers, yet it was love at first sight. You were always unpredictable, but I saw the compassion in your eyes. I saw the world as a jail I could not escape. You saw it as a piece of art waiting to be put on paper. You told all of us life is a gift that no one should waste.
We were lovebirds flying off into the sunset… the last sunset, awaiting whatever the future might bring. I had trusted you, but nothing could have convinced me that I could lose you forever.
That night took a life that saved a life. Your memory will forever be frozen in time, but I loved you and you loved me, and I flew with thee right to the bittersweet end.
A/N: This is a really crappy poem that I will hopefully redo sooner or later…. I am actually planning to write a story after this/ based on this. So yeah. I need to collect all my thoughts and find time to write them down. But I have a bunch of good ideas floating around my head. Please keep checking for updates. It's my new year's resolution to actually update my fan fiction.
