Loki looked down on Midgard as he watched as his 'fake' brother, Thor, court his girlfriend, Jane. Loki thought of what it would be like if he would ever be allowed to see the girl that had turned his life from bad to good. Good enough to be able to have free days outside his prison cell on Asgard. After his mother died the Odin realized that Loki had been on good behavior so Odin gave him a free day a week to get out, but the Warriors Three were always watching him. Loki could only dream of seeing her again and his father would never approve of him making a trip to Midgard. So for now Loki was stuck on Asgard hoping, praying that she needed him just as much he needed her.

Mary walked out of The Mall of America with several shopping bags. The sun was just beginning to set and the view of the parking lot reminding Mary of a movie see had seen a long time ago. Mary walked speedily to her car fearing being left alone in the dark. Quickly she unlocked the passenger door then opening the back door she shoved the bags into the back. As Mary got into the driver's seat and looked to the sky thinking of the man in green who saved her life back in New York. Her phone began to ring, Mary checked the caller I.D. Tina.

"Hello Tina, I'm busy what do you need?"

The woman on the other line chuckled, "Mary, I need you to come into work, Lidia just went home sick we need someone at the hotel keeping watch and checking people in."

Mary sighed, "Okay. I'll be there in five." After those last words Mary hung up and started her car and headed to the Radisson Hotel.

Mary pulled into the Radisson's parking lot about five minutes later, reaching into the back she found the puzzle she just bought and headed into the building. Mary clocked in and went to the front desk, turned on some music and opened her puzzle. Six custumers and three hours later Mary's jungle puzzlel was finished. At around 4:15 in the morning a costumer came in. She had light brown hair and was thin but still nice looking.

"Hello, welcome the Radisson Hotel. How can I help you this morning," asked Mary when the front door bell rang. Mary recignized the costmer immeaditly. Jane.

Jane looked up at the stranger sitting behind the desk, "Yes. I think you can help me. I need a room. I will be staying for two nights and three days. Oh, and I will be paying with card." Smiling, Mary got to work checking her in. Jane payed then headed off to park her car.

Mary felt almost angry at the woman. She got to see Thor all the time, accoring to the tabloids, she just got back from Asgard. Mary hadn't seen Loki in about ten months, in all honesty, she missed him. Loki in that moment, became good. In that moment he saved her life Loki's whole world had changed. Mary stopped thinking about the man in the clouds and got back to work. She finished all her check in paperwork and went outside to take a break.

Mary sat in her car for about five minutes, before heading back inside she grabbed her wallet so she could get some snacks out of the vending machine. On her way back in she noticed Jane on the side of the building talking to a strange man, but Mary blew it off and continued into the building. Six o'clock finally came and Mary headed home.

Finally home Mary sunk into her and fell into a deep sleep where she was assulted with images of Loki.
