I wasn't particularly sure about this whole love game. Annabeth is the only girl I'd ever felt this strongly about. I know that when ever I'm with her I'm really happy. I know that whenever I'm not with her part of me seems as if it has shriveled away. This moment that I'm about to share with you. This is the moment I knew for sure.

"Hey, Annabeth are you ready to go, yet?" I asked, I'd been waiting for a while down here. I didn't hear any movement or a response from her. So, I decided to investigate. I walked up the stairs, in the hopes that nothing had happened to her. The door was closed, so I pushed it open preparing for the worst. To my surprise, sarcasm, she was sitting at her desk with her laptop, finishing some sketches of the latest temple for the gods.

"Knock, knock" I said, hoping to capture her attention.

"Hey" she said, giving me passing glance and then returning to her work.

"I thought we were going out?" She looked ready, but with girls you could never know for sure.

"Yeah," she said swiveling her chair to face me, "are you ready?" She finished

"Yes, I have been for the last 10 minutes." I said incredulously. "Is this all you've been doing?"

"Yeah, I was waiting for you, I didn't realize you we're ready"

"Been too busy building something permanent?" I pondered aloud.

"I thought we were building something permanent." She stood from her office chair and walked over to me. I took her hands tightly in mine.

"Are we?" I asked as I pressed my lips to hers and wrapped my arms around her waist.

"I'd say so" she said taking cautious breaths.

"I'd agree"

Let's just say we didn't quite make it to our reservations.
