Disclaimer; I don't own Phantom of the Opera, if I did Christine would be with Gerard Butler
A/N In my version Christine never agreed to anything with Raoul. She took him to the roof because if their childhood. SHE NEVER KISSED HIM. They were never engaged, but Raoul is bent on trying to get her. The Phantom just staked his claim on her at the masquerade. By the way, this is the movie with Gerard Butler. And some lines might be messed up. -.-

"Why?" Erik demanded, grasping Christine's shoulders. She couldn't answer, shock still consumed her mind. He made her put on the wedding dress.
Meanwhile Raoul looked through the corridors, looking for his love in that evil man's lair.
"You want to know why?" Christine asked, walking towards her angel. "I had to make it look like..."
"Wait, my dear, we have a guest." Erik interrupted.
"Raoul?" Christine asked, confused.
"Free her! Do what you want, only free her! Have you no pity?"
"Your lover makes a passionate plea."
"He's not my lover." Christine said, but was ignored.
"I love her! Have you no compassion?"
"The world showed no compassion to me!"
"Christine, Christine, may I see her?"
"Be my guest, sir." Erik sneered, pulling the lever, the gate opening up, allowing Raoul in.
"Sir I bid you welcome. I had rather hoped you'd come. Did you think that I would harm her? Why should I make her pay? For the sins which are YOURS?" The gate slammed shut, distracting Raoul to let Erik throw the rope around his neck and bind him to the gate. "Order your fine horses now! Raise your hand to the level of your eyes! No one can save you now, perhaps, maybe, Christine! Start a new life with me, or you send your lover to his grave. This is the choice, THIS IS THE POINT OF NO RETURN!"
"Have you paid no attention? Have you not seen how I refused him in every way possible? I have no love for this man beside love of a friend. I accept your offer, because, I love you." Christine had entered the water and was now right in front of her "Angel."
She reached up and pulled him to her, pressing her lips to his, her hand resting on his bad side of his face. Tears poured down Raoul's face.
"Why?" He cried out, heartbroken.
"Raoul, I tried to tell you over and over again, I don't love you." She whispered, her fingers lacing with Erik's. Erik was surprised to say in the least.
Off in the distance singing could be heard.
"Let's leave now, please?" Christine pleaded. "They'll find him and free him!" She tugged his arm out of the water. Erik grabbed a candlestick and started smashing the mirrors, searching for the secret exit. He then lifted Christine up, protecting her from the glass shards. The closed the thick fabric to cover it up.
Raoul looked up, confusion up his eyes. Where had they gone?
The End That's what I wished happened.
