I do not own any of the characters in this story, nor the plot.

When Djaq heard the sound of clinking armor, she quickly went into action to complete her part of the plan. She sat down on the ground and began to cry. Soon, the sound grew closer and closer. She looked up to see two guards head towards her. She made sure her baton was in her grasp before talking to the men.

"I was running towards the great hall," She said through her fake tears, "and I tripped and fell and I think I hurt my ankle. Look." As soon as the guards were within her reach, she smashed the club against their helmets, rendering them unconscious. She quickly grabbed the keys off of the guard closest to her. "Men are so obvious." She stated out loud. And it was true. Wear a slightly revealing dress, cry some fake tears and men would do pretty much everything.

As Djaq made her way to the rendezvous point, she silently cursed the dress and the shoes she had to wear. Granted, they were made of fine fabric and looked beautiful, but it made getting around the castle more difficult. Ignoring her discomfort, Djaq made her way to where the boys would be at.

As soon as she got to the rendezvous point (a garbage shoot, which made her appreciate the dress a little more) Djaq made quick work with the lock and quickly had the door open to let the lads out.

First out was Little John. He hoisted himself out so that he could help the others. His only reaction to her being in the gold dress was a quick glance and then back to work. Djaq expected this of him since he pretty much took the father role of the group, besides the fact that he was married.

Next out was Much. He slid himself about half way out before he was Djaq. "Oh, I didn't recognize you." He stated with a grin before Little John got him the rest of the way out. Djaq has expected that reaction too. Her relationship with Much is similar to that of siblings.

Then came Will. He didn't say anything, just kind of stared at her.

"What?" She asked in a confused tone. Did she look so horrible in the dress that he didn't have anything to say?

His eyes quickly snapped back up. "Nothing." Was all that he said before going and standing watch with Much.

Finally there was Alan. He looked her up and down appreciatingly. "You ought to dress like a girl more often." He stated with a flirtatious grin.

"Oh I do, do I?" Djaq shot back. Once again, she had expected it. Of course Alan would try and flirt with her.

"It's just a thought." He said somewhat defensively.

Djaq just smiled and followed the group into the castle. Like she had said earlier, men were so obvious. She pretty much knew what each one was going to say or do. The only one she hadn't been able to figure out was Will, which bothered her since he was the only one she truly wanted to know what he thought. With a sigh, she kept pace with the lads. She had time to figure will out, after they steal the money and the Pact.

I am on break with nothing to do except write fanfics and learn how to drive a stick shift. Hence why I wrote three stories in one day (though I really wrote the first one last night, after I turned my computer off). I believe I will start working on a story that is AU, but I guess I shall see how I feel about it.

Feel free to leave a review and happy reading!
