If Only She Could See

If only she could see

She's the definition of pretty.

Her eyes, they shine,

Like diamonds in the mine.

Her smile so cute,

Her curls are perfect swirls.

If only she could tell

That she is beautiful.

She doesn't know how the boys swoon

Or how she lights up the moon.

If she looks in a mirror

Her smile with disappear.

She doesn't see beauty,

Doesn't think she's hot.

She see's ugliness

Even though she's not.

If only she could see

How the girls are jealous.

How the boys gasp,

When she walks their way.

Oh if that girl could see

How she makes their day.

She's not just pretty or cute.

That girl is gorgeous

And sweet too.

She doesn't see

What all the fuss is about.

She says "I'm just me

Ugly, not pretty."

We all know it's not true

But it'd take a year to prove.

She doesn't know

Why they wink her way.

She thinks it's just

To make her feel safe.

If only she knew.

That girl is gorgeous

Everyone else can see.

Why can't she see too??
