So…maybe Harmony had a thing for Sugar. Maybe she liked it when Sugar licked her lips in concentration; or when she played the piano because she liked the way the girls long fingers moved. Maybe she found herself staring a little when Sugar danced. Or maybe she felt her heart flutter when she heard the girl laugh; or felt her heart break when she saw her cry. Maybe.
Harmony sighed, looking up from her homework at the petite girl that sat in a chair across from her bed.
Obviously Sugar had a thing for Harmony. She knew and she wasn't ashamed; she just never got a chance to tell the girl. Obviously she liked it when harmony sang her to sleep sometimes. Obviously she liked how Harmony would always lick her fingers after she ate. Obviously, she loved the way Harmony would not so subtly play with her hair.
Her eyes glanced up to see Harmony fidgeting with herself. She chuckled, looking down at her own homework.
The two girls sat in silence for a while; until Sugar sighed, putting down her notebook and look at Harmony for a moment. She shook her head, chuckling as she got off of the chair and sat down in front of the girl. Harmony looked at her, her breathing getting heavy. Smiling, Sugar leaned in, pressing her lips to the singers. Harmony's breath caught in her throat as Sugar pulled away, grinned at her, and pulled her back in. Hesitantly, Harmony kissed her back, closing her eyes. Her hands came to rest on the girls' waist, pulling her in closer to her. The feeling of Sugars lips against hers made her want more, and she desperately tried to suppress an upcoming moan.
"Sugar, we have to…" Brittany opened the door, not expecting to see what she saw. She cocked her head at the sight of her daughter locking lips with her best friends' daughter, and furrowed her brow, as if she was confused as to what was going on. Sugar and Harmony broke their kiss, looking at Brittany shyly.
"Hi, Mrs. Pierce-Lopez…" Harmony blushed, hiding her eyes behind her hands. Sugar got up from the bed and picked up her backpack, kissing Harmony once more on the lips before straightening up and smiling.
"Not Aspergers." She grinned, and with that, the mother and daughter left, leaving a blushing Harmony to herself.
