Robin threw the brain to Beastboy, who caught it and tossed it into the freezing machine. "Hey dudes, check it out! Brain freeze!" he said.

Everyone groaned. Kid Flash shook his head disapprovingly. He could have thought of a way better joke than that. Standing beside him, Jinx smiled nervously. The last few days had been very confusing. She was one of the Hive, and then along came this kid in red and yellow and suddenly, she wasn't sure who she wanted to be anymore. The Hive boys may have been idiots, but they were her friends. Her friends who she had just blasted. They had looked so shocked when they saw her come in with Kid Flash. She had just helped the good guys. But she wasn't a good guy. Or was she? Thinking about it gave her a headache. She suddenly felt something in her hand. Looking down, Jinx saw that she was holding a single red rose. How long had that been there? She looked up. Kid Flash stood in front of her.

"You did a good job today," he said. "Thanks."

"Thanks for what?"

"For helping us." He leaned forward slightly. "For trusting me."

Jinx felt her cheeks heat up. "It was nothing. Really. I really don't deserve any thanks."

Kid Flash stared at her. "Are you kidding me? Of course you do! It takes a lot of guts to go up against your teammates and do the right thing."

Jinx doubted that they would ever want to be her teammates again.

"You were amazing today." Kid Flash said. "Really."

They were interrupted when they heard Robin say, "Well, I guess we're done here. Titans, lets go home."

Kid Flash looked at Jinx. "You heard him. Let's go!"

"To the tower?" Jinx hesitated. Last time I went to the tower, I raided everyone's wardrobes and tried to turn the place into the next Hive Academy. You go. You're the honorary titan, not me."

Jinx felt herself being lifted off the ground. Before she knew it, he had her in his arms. Her eyes began to glow pink. "What are you doing?! Put me down now!"

"We are going to Titans Tower. As far as I'm concerned, helping us win this fight is enough to at least make you a half-titan. Besides, I've never been there before." And he started running. Jinx had never moved so fast in her life. If she could fly, this was probably what it would feel like. But just as soon as they started, they stopped. He set her down. Dizzy from the speed, she swayed a bit. He reached out a hand to steady her.

"It's a little jarring the first time, huh? When I first got my powers, I tripped while going 100 miles an hour. You can imagine how much that hurt."

"I'm fine," Jinx said, brushing his hand away. They were standing on a small island near the shores of Jump City. Towering in front of them was a tall building shaped like a giant T.

"Wow," said Kid Flash. "I never realized this place was so huge! Must be one of the tallest buildings in the city!" He looked at Jinx. "Let's go in!"

Reluctantly, Jinx stepped inside. She looked around, taking in her surroundings. She turned towards Kid Flash, but he had already run over to Cyborg.

"Cool pad. Got any eats?" And with that he ran into the kitchen and started digging through the cabinets. Jinx sighed. He was so immature.

An alarm sounded. Robin ran to the computer screen. "Dr. Light."

"Somehow, that doesn't surprise me," Raven said blankly.

"Titans go!" cried Robin.

And the titans ran out of the building, followed by all of the honorary titans.

Kid Flash turned to Jinx. "Let's go help them!"

"You go. I'm not a good guy!"

"Well you are now."

With that, Kid Flash picked her up, and they raced off to catch Dr. Light. He was totally gonna freak when he saw who he was up against!
