Chapter One: Sacrifice

The drivers were exhausted after the swamp realm. The endless racing was taking it's toll on them.

"I know you are all tired and that your fatigue effects your driving performance so I will allow you to rest for two days to bring your energy back…," Dr. Tezla was interrupted by the roar of engines in the tunnel.

Then, two motorcyclist burst out of the tunnel followed by a black Hummer that had a trailer behind it, carrying more motorcycles. The Hummer came to a stop in an empty spot in the garage and the engine was turned off.

"What's going on Tezla!" Markie asked.

"I thought you could use a little back up against the drones so I called the best."

The door opened and a young woman with red hair and green eyes stepped out. She wore a dark green tanktop with black pants tucked into black knee high boots. She pulled a black racing jacket with green trim out of the vehicle and put it on her shoulders. The back had the name 'Will' on it in green and silver.

"Girls? This is the best?"

"We may be girls," the drivers turned to one of the motorcyclist, "but we kick ass the best." She had removed her helmet to reveal dark brown hair and matching eyes. Her racing suit was orange, white, and black, with the words, 'Five by Five' on the back. Her bike and helmet matched the suit.

The other motorcyclist had yet to remove her black helmet. Her helmet and racing suit were all black except for the silver writing on the back that said 'Live Today'.

"Thank you for coming, could one of you follow me to discuss a few details." The rider in black swung her leg off the bike and set the kick stand down before following Tezla to the control room.

The drivers watched the new group with curiosity. Another girl had stepped out of the Hummer. She had straight, brown hair and hazel green eyes. She wore a black t-shirt under a blue jacket with black capris and black tennis shoes. "Why is everyone so quiet?"

The red head turned to the girl. "Oh, Dawn. Um, could you help me set up the equipment?" she asked as she opened the back doors of the vehicle.

"Of course, Willow." Dawn took one last look at the drivers before going to help her friend with the computer equipment.
