A/N: Hello again! Amidst my Plaude-writing drought, I've been reading Petrellicest fics lately and got inspired by a particular one that had to do with Peter regenerating after an attack of some sort, and I got a neat idea from it. So I threw in Adam and decided to make a triple drabble, slight Adam/Peter fic, Enjoy!

Targets

"Well, that could've gone better. Who knew they'd have so many men on the security team?" Adam surveyed the bloody scene, wiping his hands on his already-stained coat. "Hey. Let's see who got hit more."

Peter blinked. "Uh... why?"

"Just for fun."

"How? The bullet holes are already gone..." Peter felt his chest, the wounds healing quickly and efficiently. He was always amazed by it, no matter how often it happened, but he didn't understand why Adam made it into a game. To most people - normal peopleĀ, he thought - getting shot and dying wasn't a game at all.

Adam smirked. "Simple. Count the bullets." He started to gag, then produced a small piece of metal from his mouth. "One for me."

Peter coughed and spat out two bullets at once, the blood trickling out of his mouth and onto the ground. He almost felt dizzy from it, but the blood cells multiplied again and made up for the loss, just as they always did.

"Two for me," he replied shakily, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand. "Wait... I think I feel another..." He pulled two more broken bullets from his teeth, dropping them next to the others. He looked over at Adam, suddenly in awe at the neat little pile of bullets sitting by him.

"Seven," Adam declared, scooping them up and throwing the handful as far away as he could. "I guess I just make a better target."

"You make it sound like a good thing," Peter laughed. "Let's get cleaned up. We can't walk around like this, it'll attract too much attention."

Adam stared at him thoughtfully for a moment before spitting out another mouthful of blood and nodding his head. "Yeah. But you know..." He moved closer to Peter, putting an arm around him. "You look kinda sexy covered in blood."
