This is a Buffy: The Vampire Slayer and The Prophecy crossover.
Helpful tip to keep your sanity: Don't watch The Prophecy expecting to see these people.. the Prophecy guys are Original Characters... Sorry.
OH! And before I completely forget!
None of the characters in this result of permanent insanity belong to the author, unless you've never heard of them before, then it's still iffy.
BUT PLEASE DON'T SUE ME!!!!! I don't have anything! ::pleads:: Just a cat and an anime collection! That's all! Honest!
Anyhoo, enjoy and REVIEW! Please? I don't know how horrible this is unless you tell me!
"I wrote you out of reality and into a new one."
The words kept echoing in her skull, spinning round and round like a dog chasing it tail. No... with the way it was worrying it was more kin to two dogs fighting over a scrap of food.
She woken up in a pindrop silent room, in a luxurious bed. She'd gone downstairs, every sense on alert, and found nothing save a blue-screened tv and a VCR with a piece of paper taped to it with 'Watch Me' written in bold writing.
She'd been betrayed.
While it was her own fault-- one didn't usually trust a fallen Cacao angel-- she was still hurt... Her mentor had pulled some string and gotten the bloody Scribe of God, Ezyael, to write her from existence.
She wan't Zophael the Nephalim anymore... Not Zophael the Hunted, or even Zophael the Really Frickin Confused... Just Zophael. Zophael Rose O'Bannon.
The tape... had explained everything. She had a house, a car, and even an education here. Edrus had explained that he wanted her in a safer place-- away from the war and out of the way of prying eyes so she could learn her powers in peace and just live a normal life.
The woman's words still there... echoing in her ears as she wanders the house, trying to learn her new environment.
"So, we wrote you out of reality and into a new one." The scribe smiles slightly, tucking coal black locks behind her ear, showing the streaks of crimson scattered here and there. "I know it's a shock... and it's wrong. But hopefully it'll turn out for the best."
She frowned then, going severe like a school marm, her egyptian kohl-lined eyes narrowing. "Pyriel's gunning for you. He can't hop lines without help, so we put you there... he doesn't exist there anymore." She sighs, looking behind the camera a moment, then nods. "Edrus wants me to warn you before we run out of tape. You aren't in Candyland there. It won't be a cake-walk. There are demons and vampires, and other creatures who go bump in the night, but they're weaker for the most part... you should be able to beat themn easily... it'll give you a chance to learn."
Edrus then, stepping into the camera's line of sight, his shock white hair contrasting with midnight black eyes. "You're powerful, Zo. More so than any of us would have hoped... Dreamed. You need to learn it. You're nothing but a myth here now, a dream. You can come back, but only when you're ready."
The tape had ended then. Cut off by static, the end of the reel.
And she cryed... for about 15 minutes. Then she'd gotten up to figure out where the hell she was.
