Cas scurried down the street in quick, quiet feet. His new vessel, as inconvenient as it was, allowed for brisk mobility. He found the door to the motel room where Sam and Dean were staying. "Now how to get in?" He scratched at the door to the door, and look around.

The Impala was nowhere to be seen, a discouraging sight. Just then, he heard a gun cock, and knew one of the Winchester brothers must be inside. Dean opened the door, with a gun pointed at Cas.

He stared at him for a moment, and then said "Hey little Kitty."

Yes, Cas was a cat. He had been knocked unconscious while in his usual vessel, Jimmy, and woke up as a cat. How he was knocked out, and how he was taken out of his vessel were both a mystery. He had no idea where his vessel was, or anyone could have done this, but someone had hell to pay. Dean bent over and lifted the black cat.

It bothered Cas, but he didn't really know how to communicate that.

Dean then placed Castiel on the counter, and said "We have some milk…. I think." Dean poured milk in to a bowl and gave it to Cas, mildly disgusting him. He didn't like milk.

Dean smiled and said "Here" As if he was giving him something great.

Castiel just stared at the milk, displeased. Dean seemed upset that Cas wouldn't take the milk. "What kind of cat are you!?" Offended, Cas replied "I am not a cat!"

He surprised himself as he was unaware of his ability to speak. Dean, being used to the unreasonable, replied by saying "Of course. I'm Dean Winchester. So it's not a regular cat. It's a talking cat. Figures."

Cas purred and said "Hey, I didn't know either. So I guess it's one of the perks of being an angel cat." This time, Dean looked surprised.

"Cas, is that you?" Castiel used his paws to wipe behind his ears and replied, "Yes. I'm afraid so." Dean tired, but failed to hold back a laugh. He sputtered out "You're... a cat?! This is PRICELESS!"

Cas was less amused. How could Dean laugh at him like that? "Dean. Seriously." Cas snapped. "We need to figure out what happened, who did this, and how to fix me."
