You and Barry had been dating for about a year by now. It was December 15, which means you were decorating for the holidays. You were currently setting up a fake tree, because a real one is a hassle. You were reading the instructions, showing what colors to put in next, while Barry put on each row in less than five seconds. You chuckled at the fact that he doesn't do anything at normal speed anymore. When he finished, it was time for the lights.

"What do you think Bar? White or colored?"

Barry turned, then looked at the two choices in your hands. He studied each choice carefully. "White." He concluded. He began to reach for it, but you held it out of his reach. "Ah, ah, ah." You scolded shaking your finger. He gave you a confused look, to which you explained with, "We are putting this up like normal humans, at normal speed." He chuckled at your childness, but agreed. You were putting up the lights, while Barry unwound them. You ran out of slack, so you shot a confused glance at Barry, only to burst out laughing. He was tangled in Christmas lights, trying desperately to escape their grasp. You doubled over, clutching your stomach. "Yes, yes, laugh at my expense." Barry said with as much sarcasm as he could muster. You covered your mouth, and stood up straighter. You did an awkward fake cough at the end of your laughing fit. Barry rose an eyebrow at you, clearly not buying it. You smiled softly at him. "Sorry." As you began untangling him, you stopped and smiled. You looked up at Barry, who was giving you a questioning look. "Sorry." You said. "It's just that my present is already wrapped." You then gave him a soft smile. He smiled back at you, despite the warmth crawling up his neck, onto his face. You noticed this, and gave him a soft kiss on the cheek, causing the color to darken, and spread. You chuckled, and continued untangling him. After you got about halfway done, you stopped and thought. "Couldn't you have just sped out of this?" You looked up at him. "You told me not to use my super speed." He countered. "Touché." You fake glared up at him as he chuckled.

After you finally got him untangled, you finished decorating the tree, at normal speed, and sat down to watch Christmas movies. After the movie ended, you both wrapped yourselves in blankets, with a cup of hot chocolate, and looked at the tree. You suddenly felt a breeze, and turned to look at Barry. "Did you just-?" You started, Barry put his finger to your mouth, and pointed upwards. You looked up, and saw a mistletoe. You looked back down at Barry and he connected your lips. When he pulled away, he gave you a cheeky grin. You shook your head. "You're so cheesy." You grinned. "You love me though."

"I do."
