My first fanfiction, ahhhh, yes, I hope I didn't fail to much! If you think it's OOC, please tell me, I'll work on it!

So this is just a drabble in Deidara's point of view! It mentions Sasori, and the Akatsuki, but other than that it's just his thoughts.

Just a normal day, well as normal as it can get for the life of a S-class missing ninja that's part of the Akatsuki. It's raining, so there's not much to do. After the rain, there will be a lot to do though. After it rains is the perfect time to get clay. And I have been needing a refill. The rain is beautiful, art, although some storms can last for a long time, after the rain there is a beauty that is worth going out into the wet and cold to see. Sometimes there are rainbows, which don't last long. And the dew glistens off the sun just perfectly. The animals are never back out yet, so it's you and the lingering birds, just sitting there, enjoying the silence.

Though it's not just after the rain that true art is born. Thunder storms are true art, they explode and make beautiful flashes that light up the sky. And then they are gone, they have moved on so quickly, only let you get a taste of it's beauty. You can hear music in the rain, not that I've ever cared much for music, but it is still beautiful. The pattering of the rain against glass, rock, wood, and even against lakes and puddles. You can hear a whole song, if you listen closely.

Perfect moments never last for long, so you have to enjoy true art before it is gone. If it just sits there, it will loose it's magic. Like my explosions, they don't last long, but they are true art, true beauty that you are made to enjoy before you can no longer.

Sasori always said that he hates the rain. That they ruin what could have been true art. And for him, it must be horrible, to have the rain actually soak into your skin. Though it's hard to actually feel bad for him, it was his choice to become a puppet, after all. Anyways, how can true art destroy art? It is not possible, wood is not art, neither is anything eternal. If something last's forever, than you can get tired of it, and it will be completely forgotten. Rain can not be forgotten, neither can explosions, and if they ever are, they can come again, and remind you of their beauty. That is why rain, is true art.
