A young Amazon named Diana who's known to everyone as Wonder Woman felt her stomach grumble loudly while strolling through Metropolis. Diana signed as she patted her starved belly to hush it. "Damn criminals had to rob a bank right before I could eat a decent breakfast!" She growled in frustration. Despite food cravings life have been good lately.
Just a few days ago she got some new clothes free due to being a superhero of course. However it was just a variant of her Bombshell design but with no sleeves, a more pronounced white collar, and red shoes.
"I think my tummy is past due for a filling meal." Diana said to herself licking her lips as she immediately began to think of a restaurant not too far away.
Unfortunately peace is not something that last a very long time when you're a demigod. A teenage boy was simply crossing the street to get to school. Than right at that moment a police car came speeding right for him with no intention to halt. "Somebody please help me!" He cried in horror alarming everyone.
Diana snapped right out of her eating fantasy only to realize she had a few seconds to get him to safety.
Before a second thought she quickly swopped in and rescued the kid before he got flattened into pavement. Everyone cheered lively for Diana as she put on a kind smile and waved. "Thanks a million!" He cherished.
Diana however wasn't amused as she narrowed her eyes fiercely. "What the hell were you doing out in the street alone?" She scolded with one hand on her hip and the other pointing at him. The boy was very confused. "Hey it's not my fault the other guy can't follow rules!" He pleaded in his defense. Diana still wasn't convinced until she heard a vehicle crashing into a pole. "Oh for Hera's sake!" She cried.
She walked up to the unconscious officer as her stomach growled again. "God this hunger is killing me!" Diana groaned while rubbing her belly. She tore off the door and helped the poor man to the ground. "Maybe I can find a little snack in here."
The guy slowly came to see her staring at him suspiciously. "Quickly you must stop him before-" He warned before he passed out.
Diana raised an eyebrow in confusion. "I'm sorry but who might you be referring to?" She asked in shock. "I think you may find the answer in that office building!" The boy from earlier stated as multiple people were running away in fear. "Might as well work myself up an even bigger appetite!" Diana smirked getting ready to fight.
"Oh man this is going to be awesome!" The boy shouted in excitement. Diana pointed towards the school he goes to as he sadly walked off. "I wonder if he could be my sidekick someday?" Diana thought to herself as she approached the office building. She quickly ran inside to see whatever was going on it was at the very top floor. "I could leap over there but I don't want to cause anymore damage than necessary!"
So it was decided that she would take the elevator. While riding up catchy music began to play as Diana started to dance a little. She arrived at the top floor and noticed a dozen baked muffins sitting on a cart.
"This should tide me over until later!" Diana said right before stuffing her face with the muffins. "A glutton for punishment today aren't you princess?"
Diana already scarfing her 15th muffin turned around to see a purple and white figure appear from the shadows. She paused for a few seconds only to laugh her ass off. The purple figure quickly grew very irritated. "I fail to see what's so damn hilarious!" He scowled.
"Not my fault you come up a little short on my radar!" She replied which pissed him off even further. "You should know better to not underestimate a villain!" Diana briefly ceased giggling to observe him up close. "So what's your name little guy?" She asked playfully. "Parasite you juvenile little girl!" Diana gasped in a horrified tone. "How dare you insult me like that?" She shouted while shaking her fist.
Parasite just shook his head at the naïve Amazon. "Whatever I don't have time for your nonsense child!" He began to walk away until Diana grabbed his arm tightly. "You need to learn some manners!" She stated. "What are you gonna do throw me out the building?" Parasite asked with obvious sarcasm.
"That's not a bad idea." Diana replied as she twirled Parasite around than launched him out the back door which lead right to his swift escape.
Shortly after realizing her mistake Diana's stomach moaned from hunger once more as it rippled through her shirt. "Never fight villains on low fuel again." She said while caressing the ravenous beast from her gut. "First I'll grab a bite than bring him to justice!"
