Hey everyone, this is a story about Ginny's sixth year at Hogwarts and how she felt the whole time Harry, Hermione, and Ron were gone. I know this has been done before but they're all different, right? So keep on reading and use the reviews to tell me how I'm doing! Also, I would like it if you told me if I did something wrong compared to the books, because I want to stay as true to them as possible. And finally- the chapters will be a lot longer than this preface! But enjoy anyway!

And this is my first story, so cut me some slack :

It was the first day of my sixth year at Hogwarts. With my mother standing beside me, I walked toward the barrier between platforms nine and ten. I stepped onto the platform and swallowed. There were only about half the people there usually were by this time, because after Dumbledore had been killed right there at school, all the kids had to work hard to convince their parents to let them come back this year. The biggest difference this year, for me, would be that Ron, Hermione, and Harry wouldn't be there. I was so worried about them, but did they write? No, of course not! Why would they! I was just a sister to one of them, a best friend to another, and a still-loved ex-girlfriend to the third! They had no reason to write! I sighed. I could already tell that this was going to be a long year.
