Remembrance

He walked through the church, and saw that a few things had changed. The healing water in place of the flowers was one, yet he didn't mind.

It reminded him of her.

He smiled at the memory of the cool water flowing down his skin, and washing away his geostigma,

"Let's go, Cloud!"

He remembered she cured the whole city of this disease, but what about the battles, before?

Stretching her arm out to aid his flight toward the summon, "Ready?"

Flashbacks of when he was battling his enemy;

Everything was important to him—his comrades, Denzel, and Marlene, most importantly, her...

He turned to the doorway, remembering when she turned, and smiled, at the end of the great battle;

"You see? Everything is all right,"

Cloud would never forget these moments, even if he tried. The remembrance he had of her was strong, and he was not willing to let it go.
