Tooth stared at the golden little mini box in her hand, with a little face on it. She turned it to it's front to look at the younger female's facial features. A young girl with pink mascara around the eyes, pink plump lips, black hair with blue highlights, and beautiful sparkly blue, crystal eyes. Normally when Tooth collects a child's tooth, she stores it with the rest, and makes sure that they're all safe. So all the children will have memories to reminisce of. Everyone has memories, including Jack, North, Sandy, and Bunnymund. Even her, and she is the only one who has not even looked at her own memories when she first started to collect teeth. But now, now that she's alone, she can look at her memories in peace. Without any disturbances what so ever. Her eyes glimmered,as she began to slowly crack open the little sides of the capsule.
It beamed, shooting a bunch of happy children, screaming and running around, playing amongst the snow with a familiar little girl with wings, and her hair as dark as the night sky.
"Your it! Now you have to count!" said a young blonde boy.
The young girl flew behind a tree and covered her eyes, counting silently to herself, while giggling up a storm. All the children that were hiding, fled in different directions, like a flock of animals. They waited patiently, as she finished her counting.
"Ten!"she jumped excitedly, finishing her countdown. She flew from behind the tree and looked around, her head twisting and turning in every confusing direction wondering where all the children went. She looked under an old rock.
They weren't hiding behind a rock.
She hovered further, entering the scary dark woods. Not scared,or feeling lonely at all.
Tooth flinched.
But it wasn't long before the cold darkness started getting to her. She started trembling as she floated, and holding her bold tight fist to her chest, and starting to repeatedly breathe heavily in, and out. The cold sweat trickled fast down her flushed, round cheeks. "Okay guys, can we stop the game? I need to go home now."
Her response was silence.
"Raven!" a woman from a distance shouted, someone familiar. Tooth recognized it. Her and the little girl named 'Raven' turned heads in the same direction where the woman's wonted voice came from. "Raven honey, where are you?" the strange woman's voice came again, only louder. The little girl beat her wings as fast as a hummingbird.
"Mom?" Tooth and 'Raven' shouted back in the same pulse.
"Sweetie?" she answered.
"Mom!" they screamed again. Raven and Tooth soon saw the appearance of a young woman, with short black hair, wearing a long beautiful dress, and black slippers, with a white cotton-made buttoned shirt. The woman ran right through Tooth like she was a ghost, and dashed right over to Raven picking her up off her feet. Tooth grabbed her chest, and she gasped and spun around.
It's just a memory. She can't see me. Tooth thought. It finally hit Tooth that she hadn't been called Raven in centuries since she was once human. When she was once a little girl. And it wasn't long before she realized the dashing figure that just ran through her was her mother. Before long, she realized that this memory was hers. This scary memory was hers.
Ah, I hope you liked this story, I'll continue.:)Oh and yes, I looked up Tooth's real name, and it's Raven. I think that's really cool.
