Prompt: include the words cinnamon ice cream, a teddy bear, a picture frame

Kurt reached into the freezer and set aside the tub of cinnamon ice cream to let it thaw. He set three bowls on the counter, anticipating Blaine's arrival. As he took the spoons out, a small, four-year-old boy with short, light brown hair, dinosaur pajamas, and a small teddy bear came rushing into the kitchen.

"Daddy! Daddy! They were talking bout Auntie Rachel on the TV!" Charlie Hummel-Anderson exclaimed as he tugged at Kurt's shirt. Kurt smiled to himself and grabbed Charlie's free hand as they walked back into the living room.

"And what did they say about her?" he inquired.

"They said, um, they said that Auntie Rachel won an award. They said she was the best actwess."

They took their seats just as Rachel was led off stage. Kurt had a huge grin on his face. For years he had listened to her dreams of becoming a Broadway legend and she was well on her way to it. He was so proud of her accomplishments.

"Can we call her, daddy?" Charlie said with a yawn.

Kurt chuckled and kissed the top of his son's head. "How about we call her tomorrow morning, okay?"

"Okay."

Charlie sat upright as the sound of a car easing into the driveway reached his ears.

"I think daddy's home!" He jumped off the couch and looked out the front window. The silhouette of Blaine Anderson was just barely visible. Kurt got off the couch and went to the kitchen to scoop up the ice cream. He heard the door open and Charlie's muffled ramblings about his day. He set the table as Blaine and Charlie entered the kitchen hand-in-hand, the teddy bear never leaving Charlie's side.

"Charlie tells me Rachel won best actress tonight," Blaine said as he took his seat.

"She did, yes!" Kurt replied as his grin reappeared.

"You recorded it, I hope," Blaine said with his own amused smile.

"Of course I did. How was the football game?"

"Oh, it was great! I mean, we lost, but it was a great game. Thomas Clayton had this amazing 50-yard run and then managed to slip past the whole defensive line for the tying touchdown. At the last second of the game, though, Dwyer scored the winning touchdown for the Steelers."
Kurt smiled contentedly as Blaine finished his story. He looked over at Charlie and saw his head resting on his forearm, fast asleep, with traces of ice cream around his mouth and on his hands. Blaine grabbed a napkin and gently cleaned off Charlie. He picked him up and carried him to bed. Kurt followed and grabbed Charlie's teddy bear as it slipped from his fingers. He placed it in Charlie's arms after Blaine set him down, kissed his forehead, and headed back to the living room and Blaine tucked Charlie in. He picked up a picture of him and Blaine, both in suits, with their arms wrapped around each other and blissful smiles on their faces. Kurt jumped as he felt an arm wrap around his waist. Blaine rested his chin on Kurt's shoulder and admired the picture as well.

"I swear you've gotten even more handsome since our wedding day," Blaine commented.

"I could say the exact same thing," Kurt said as he set the picture down and turned to face Blaine. He kissed him softly and said, "It's getting late."
"And I'm not the least bit tired," Blaine teased.

Kurt raised an eyebrow and smirked. "Oh really? Well let's see what we can do about that." He kissed him again, grabbed Blaine's hand, and led him to their bedroom.

Also, let it be known that I had no clue what I was talking about during that whole football game thing that Blaine was going on about.
