The 3rd one shot of the day hope I did okay with this one. Also, I'm trying out styles for introducing new stories, so please bear with me here.
I ran as fast as my legs could take me, as fast as any girl could run in high heels. I had a bad feeling about wearing them today, but they were brand new, and I figured I wanted to show them off.
As I ran I couldn't believe I was getting blamed for a crime I didn't do. The power puff girls were still chasing me even though I had stopped being evil back when I was twelve. I growled, for a moment anger filled up inside of me, it was those stupid rowdy ruff boys, they did the crime and I was the one getting in trouble.
Suddenly I could hear a swooping noise from behind me; I prayed and prayed it wasn't
"Give it up brat!"
Buttercup.
Knowing I had no chance of out running her, and that if I ran it would only anger her more, I stopped. She walked towards me slowly, expecting a blow, I broke down sobbing. I didn't want to be hit, but maybe I deserved it.
"Hey, why are you crying?"
I looked up, surprised by how gentle how voice was, and dumbfounded by how gentle her face was. Her eyes were fixed on me, full of concern. She seemed so…so handsome, and yet beautiful at the same time. I had completely forgotten I was speaking with Buttercup.
"Is there anything I can do to cheer you up?" she demanded, her voice steady.
I didn't have to say anything, she had read my mind and before I knew it we were glued together, well okay I was clinging to her but she was holding me as well. The kiss ended shortly, I wanted it to last longer, but Buttercup had pulled away, once again wearing her usual annoyed expression.
"Listen…" she snapped before I could speak.
"If any one asks, I was under the influence okay?"
I paused for a moment.
"Eh? Buttercup, you don't want anyone to know we're together now?"
