A Fairy's Broken wings.
CHAPTER 1:
"Make me Forget him"
(I do not Own Fairy Tail!)
.~O~O~O~.
(Lucy Heartfilia)
One of the most heartbreaking moments for Lucy Heartfilia after her mother's death, was her father's. But she had a shoulder to cry on, a family that would never leave her, friends that would always stick together no matter what happened. Well, everyone, even herself believed in that lie.
Lord Makarov announced the disbanding of Fairy Tail out of nowhere. They had just finished the battle against Tártaros—the Demons from the Book of Zeref, but never in their minds, especially Lucy's, fit the possibility of Fairy Tail coming to an end. At first she thought it was a nightmare, but as she arrived home, she couldn't hold in the thought. She decided to sleep it out and talk about the dreadful nightmare to Natsu the next morning.
The relationship between the two, Natsu and Lucy was odd. It was obvious that Lucy had feelings for him. Very, very strong feelings. It was as if the sun kissed her skin every time he was around, every time he called her name—Oh, damn, would her legs feel weak. She didn't like to admit it of course, she thought that the two would end up together by some random reason, or so Mira said.
Prioly, she never knew that she had feelings for him until Lisanna returned, actually. If everyone thought that she was close with him, well they were wrong by miles in comparison to Lisanna and Natsu. If he and Lucy were like tasty pretzels curled around each other, well Lisanna and Natsu were like Oreos. The cream didn't seem right without it's cookie.
Lucy felt Jealous every time Lisanna had the confidence to touch Natsu's hand without panicking or feeling her face as if it were on fire. Lucy lacked self-confidence. Especially because the entire guilt always made fun of her for crying all the time, failing to win in small tournaments they held in their guild, being overweight or being low on Magic. Even Natsu Made fun of her. The only people who never bothered her in such a way were Laxus and his gang. But Lucy believed it was because they didn't even notice her.
When Lucy sacrificed her only memory left by her mother to save Fairy Tail, she felt worse about herself. She blamed herself for being frail, weak, miniature and unable to save Aquarius. The only memory left of her dear friend was the broken key, a tattoo and the horrible reputation of a master she was. As one of the last celestial mages in the world, Lucy held the big responsibility of utilizing her magic to the best. But even then, she still didn't make the cut; at least in her book.
She planned to talk to Natsu the following morning, or when he would crawl into her window and lay next to her. She even stayed awake, waiting, lingering in the dark, counting the stars. Her window was open, the cold breeze touched her pale skin, the moonlight shining down on her beautiful, chocolate brown eyes. And yet, Natsu never came. For a moment there, Lucy felt a heavy feeling in her chest, as if she'd done something totally wrong. She decided to sleep it out and talk to Natsu in the morning. But as the sun rises, the birds chirped, the city awake, Natsu never came. All he left was a simple, small letter that explained that he'd be going on a training trip.
On that day, Lucy Heartfilia cried. Not immediately, she had to read it more than a hundred times to fit it into her head that he was gone, she ran to the guild, expecting everything to be a nightmare. But as she got closer, she saw the pieces of her broken hime the hall laid empty, hollow, dark and silent. Still doubtful, she ran to Natsu's home, hoping that everyone simply took a day off. His door was open, inside a mess, but not him. No happy, no pink, no heat, no Natsu.
Tired, out of breath and finally coming to the realization, she took a train to the first sighting of Natsu, sat on the cliff, stared blankly at the ocean waves, and with a insignificant glance to her palm, she felt the tears run out of her eyes like a waterfall. Rain began to plummet on the soil, the waves got stronger and shortly, Lucy couldn't stop crying. She tried to keep it under control, she tried to be strong, but it was too much carry.
They all left her. They all took their own ways, left before she even had a chance to say Goodbye. Her Mother died without saying goodbye. Her father died and she didn't have the chance to say goodbye. Fairy Tail disbanded and she didn't have a chance to tell all of them how much she loved them. Natsu left and didn't consider her.
And yet.
She still loved and forgave them.
A couple of months passed. Lucy now was Nineteen, growing into a beautiful young woman, following in the footsteps of a reporter for Sorcerer Daily. She spent her time honing her skills, getting stronger and searching for clues to the locations of her friends. Never actually succeeding in finding them, but she never gave up. The sports festival was approaching quiet quickly, so work was definitely going to be stepping on her heels. So, after a long week of work, she decided to have some fun in a pub. Most of times there were men. But sometimes she found herself with the sweet and bitter company of other female fellow drinkers. She hadn't have a boyfriend or a male companion in a long time. Mostly because deep down she still couldn't get over Natsu.
"Blondie?" Only one person called her that. Only one person had a such an Intimidating voice. Only one man had the audacity to call her that. "Is that you?"
Her head tilted just slightly to get a better look at the tall, Laxus Dreyar. Her cheeks were reddened by the alcohol in her system, so she believed that once again she was hallucinating. She ignored him, acted as if he never spoke to her and took another shot of tequila.
"Sorry I bothered you," she heard him say to her. "Thought you were an old friend."
Did she hear that right? The Laxus Dreyar just called her his friend. Something she never expected to be called anymore. Her head swung back, causing her to fall off her stool, stared right at Laxus's orange eyes and found herself blushing in embarrassment. As she was about to get on her feat, a man who took a peek at her blue underwear from her short skirt, stood and whistled at her. "Hey cutie," he said, his voice cranky. "Wanna have some fun with me? I pay a high price for women like you."
Already used to comments like those, she ignored, stood and tried finding Laxus with her eyes. He was gone. Again, she'd fallen for her mind's tricks. Again she was humiliated by her own depression. Again, she was. . . Before she had a moment to to think, she saw the man on the ground, a bruise on his eye, and blood pouring out his mouth. Standing in front of him was no one less… Laxus Dreyar.
"So am I gonna have to pay you in some way?" Lucy asked, leaving the pub with Laxus next to her. He was quite handsome looking she thought, influenced by the alcohol. "I mean, you're one of the first guys I've seen defend me after so long. You must want something."
She heard him chuckle. "What are you willing to pay with?" He asked, almost as a sneer. "I don't need your money."
"Well," Lucy was definitely drunk. She slid her fingers on to his hand, began to make circular movements and smirked. "I'm a woman."
Laxus didn't pull back. In fact, he instead held her hand and brought her to a dark alley. "I thought you and Natsu were going out." He cornered her, his nose hovering above hers. "What would he think if his chick was with me?"
Lucy, needy, full of lust, brought her arms around Laxus's neck, pulled him closer, and right before she connected lips, she said: "I don't know. I'm not his girl."
She felt Laxus's hands on her waist and his lips on hers. He was kissing her so passionately, she forgot about Natsu. His intoxicating smell filled her lungs; wood, sweat and mint. He groped her butt and locked her between the wall and him. She could tell that he was desperate for sex, just as much as she was. Maybe that's what she needed. Someone else to Grant her pleasure now that Natsu wasn't around.
As the two parted, Lucy stared right at Laxus's eyes, aroused and needy. "Make me forget him," she begged, "Please?"
Before she could take another breath, he'd somehow transported them through his powers to her new apartment. "You don't have to ask twice, princess," Laxus replied with a smirk, his cheeks reddened. "Just remember what you asked for."
Oh, she hoped she didn't. She felt bad using Laxus as a way to forget Natsu. She had to tell him. Yet she didn't.
Laxus slammed his lips on hers, not giving her another chance to speak, he ripped her shirt and teared off her brassiere. Before he began to make her feel things she'd never before felt, he glanced at her one last time. To Lucy, his look resembled a Lion chasing after its prey.
Lucy giggled, pulled her curtains close and felt things that she wished Natsu would have made her felt.
Author's Note: This story will include scenes like the above. If you do not like it, don't read the story. If you believe that Lucy is a ho, well you're wrong. This story will hit close to a young Adults life, attempting to get over a guy who did not feel the same way.
Any questions can be dropped in a comment.
I will follow the story, so there will be spoilers to the Final Season.
