I got tense as the door to my room opened. I pulled my short, curved blade out from under my pillow. I hit the light switch next to my bed and pushed the figure against my door, holding my knife against their neck. "Woah, calm down." my best friend Daniel says. "Dammit Daniel, why do you have to do this? How many times have you done this now? Ten, fifteen?" I say, still frightened about almost killing my best friend. "Twenty-three times." Daniel says, casually. "So, you bring me anything good?" I ask, sitting down at my desk. "Four. Four blueprints, buddy!" He almost yells, taking four tubes of blue paper out of his backpack and handing them to me. I put them in my bin of blueprints and power on my laptop. "No thank you?" he asks. I just look at him, smile then turn back to my computer, opening my scanner application. "I'm gonna need those back within two hours. They're, um, not exactly mine." he stammers, looking outside the window nervously. "Whos are they?" I ask. "Scarlett's. And I didn't exactly borrow them. I kinda took them without asking." I let out a sigh. Scarlett is Daniel's girlfriend and she is a daughter of Athena. "Is she here right now? At this camp?" I ask, frightened. The last time Daniel borrowed her blueprints, he almost got his arm chopped off. "Yes," Daniel says "and hurry up. I'm scared." KNOCK. KNOCK. "Is that her?" I ask, scared of what might happen to Daniel if it is. "DANIEL?" Scarlett yelled, picking my lock and coming inside my room, knife in hand. "Where the hell are those blueprints?" she screamed. "Um, Willy was just backing them up incase something happened to them." Daniel sputtered. "Oh, well that's fine." she said, sheathing her knife. BOOM. BOOM. "Willy, activate the camp's defenses, we've got company." Daniel yelled, taking his bow off of his back and running outside of my room.
