Roy was walking down the streets of Central City. He felt a little bit guilty, as he was going to persuade father of a six-year-old girl into going with him for a beer or two… or maybe three.
On the other hand, he felt he needed this beer. Being Fuhrer was less fun than he expected.
He reached his friend's house and knocked to the door. Maes opened him.
-Oh, good afternoon Fuhrer Sir – he grinned. Roy made a grimace.
-Maes, how many times I still have to tell you that with no uniform I'm not Fuhrer? I'm just your friend who wants to invite you for a beer – he said. Maes laughed.
-Okay, okay, we'll go but first I have to finish my sweet Elicia's homework. You had a row with Riza again, huh? About these miniskirts?
-Not exactly… - Roy murmured. – I've made the order about miniskirts already…
-And this is Riza's reaction, isn't it? – Maes laughed, pointing at Roy's black eye. Roy sighed.
-Yeah… but that was worth this…
Maes laughed.
-Does it hurt a lot? – they heard. Both the men looked down just to see Elicia, pointing at Roy's black eye. Roy smiled.
-No, not at all… - he said.
-Bow down! – Elicia requested.
-Huh?
-Bow down! – she repeated more strongly. Roy, quite confused, lowered himself a little bit.
-More! – Elicia demanded strongly. Roy ducked so that his face was at the same level as Elicia's. The six-year-old girl cuddled him and kissed him quickly right on his black eye. Roy rose so immediately that Elicia almost fell down.
-W-w-what does it mean?! – he shrieked. Maes laughed.
-My mommy says that when we kiss it hurts less and heals quicker! – Elicia explained cheerfully. Roy smiled.
-See, Elicia, I don't need cures like this… - he uttered. Maes patted his shoulder.
-Aw, don't worry. There is nothing to worry about…
-I'm not worrying, but… have you ever been kissed by a six-year-old?!
-There's nothing bad in being kissed by a six-year-old… at least it wasn't your first kiss…
-The problem is – Roy said miserably – that it was.
