Sunday Night
She was so drunk, and she didn't even care.
It all started when this woman, well actually one of his 'past' had the guts to tell him INFRONT of her that they should have sex again. The woman invaded his personal space and touched him all over his body. She literally had to restrain herself to slap the bitch, and pull her tongue out. She walked away and called Ryan out to check the crime scene for evidence. Since then she didn't talk to him, unless its case related.
She drank her last shot of margarita, and got out of the stool stumbling all the way to the door. She was trying to walk straight to her car. She was almost there, but she fainted at the side of her car, luckily someone caught her.
Blinking her eyes she asked "Castle? Is that you?"
"Why the hell are you drunk, Kate? You almost fell onto your head!"
"None of your business." She mumbled
"That's bullshit, Kate! You could've been in coma when you did hit your head or brain damage or you could have a skull crack. You know I care about you, Kate. It matters to me when you get hurt. I was lucky when I caught you just in time." He was upset. He had never seen her this drunk. He's thinking that something or someone made her do this." Is it about the woman that approached me?"
It was more like 'attacked' she thought. "No." trying hard to give a blank face to him.
"Yes it is! That's why you've been acting weird, but Kate you have nothing to be jealous about."
"Me? Jealous? Oh please don't patronize yourself. Your ego's big enough for your own good." Regaining some of her consciousness but she felt dizzy.
"Don't lie, Kate. I saw how you reacted." She's busted. "Like I said you have nothing to be jealous about. I pushed the woman away from me, and declined her offer. Those were fun during the days, but as time passed by I got older and realized I needed to find a long term relationship not a one night stand. I need to find the woman who would love me for who I am, not for what I have. I need to find a woman who can tolerate the way I act. The woman who would be there by my side no matter what. In the end the woman walked slapped me and walked away."
"Castle I-." but before she got to finish, she fainted.
He carried her to the passenger side of the car. He looked at her face. She looks stunning, and exhausted. Looking from the dark circles in her eyes, to her mouth he examines her. If she was awake she would probably pinch him in the ear for starring at her, but it was just fascinating to look at her. I mean she's a beautiful woman. Who wouldn't want to look and stare at her? He took the keys of her car out of her pocket, and closed the door from the passenger side. He got to his own seat, and started the engine. He sighed, and kept driving through the cold streets of New York City.
