A nonsensical poem about a conversation between the tortoise and the hare, from Aesop's Fables
Said the tortoise to the hare
'Have you found your somewhere?
Found your devil on a dare?
Along the stream or at the fair?'
Said the hare to the tortoise
'Do you wish yourself a walrus?
Drinking oysters, getting raucous
Join a group of friendly porpoise?'
'Did you hit your head?'
On a brass knobbled bed?
Was it cast on iron lead?'
The tortoise replied instead.
'Nothing doing' the hare confessed
'Been put on the list for bunnies best dressed
The judge is a right royal pest
I'm nipping off home for some well-earned rest.'
