A/N: Hello! I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately. This fic is for my friend on tumblr & after this I don't think I'll be writing anymore! I'm sorry!
"Alexandra K. Hummel!" Alex walked forward and collected his test, mumbling a 'thanks' under his breath. The other students snickered around him.
"Hey, there's that stupid guy who likes guys!" Marcie jeered, smirking when Alex winced at her words.
"Shut up, Marcie." he murmured lamely, sitting down and taking a look at his third 'D' in a row.
"Now, class..." the teacher trailed off, talking about other solar systems and galaxies that might be in this 'Void', this space of nothing that they floated in.
Alexandra started to doodle in his notebook, drawing out a circular planet where everything was green, the total opposite of their own planet.
"Maybe there's another Alexandra Kurt Hummel out there," he muttered to himself, "Maybe he's brave, and smart, and maybe he likes boys just like me. Maybe he found another boy. Maybe that boy likes boys too."
"Alex! Pay attention!" the teacher threw a pencil at him, eyes glowering like hot coals.
"Sorry, Ms. Lemling," he lowered his head further, pretending to be engrossed in his book.
"Maybe they'll meet on a staircase..." he murmured, "And they'll hold hands and run down the hallway to a dance or a song or something."
And in a different galaxy, Kurt Elizabeth Hummel was running down the hallway with Blaine Anderson, the boy he had just met on a staircase.
I'm sorry if that wasn't very good! (:
