Edward Elric? Ah, I remember him. The shortest state alchemist ever, the Fullmetal Alchemist.

Did I say shortest? I meant youngest—although he could've won that title, no contest.

2. What was Edward to you?

A toy. He was mine, only mine. Not that Rockbell girl's or bastard Hohenheim. Mine.

3. Were you in love with him?

My attraction to Edward Elric, that's all it was: attraction. It wasn't love or any other silly emotion. It wasn't really even my namesake, envy.

It was twisted.

It wasn't love. Possession, obsession, want…the others—by that, I mean my so-called siblings—have said it all. But never love.

4. Why did you kill him then, if he was your…toy?

*Laugh* Because he was mine, and because I can. I got tired of him, he annoyed me more than Wrath.

*Pause* Well…he loved me. It sounds stupid, what idiot could be capable of loving this *gestures to self* But he did. I don't know how or why, but he did. And he…knew I was going to kill him. He still stayed. I always said he was the smartest idiot I knew.

I never hated him, I was attracted to him. Even if I were to beat him bloody, he'd always come back. I respected that. Maybe I didn't just throw him out and kill him back then because of his fire. I didn't want to kill that fire. When I finally did, it killed some part of me. I'd gotten so used to him that he didn't really bother me anymore. I didn't even want to kill him. I had to. So there.
