Episode 5.01 – Memories
My name is Mary Alice young, 10 years ago, I lived on this beautiful street of Wisteria Lane. The one thing
you need to know about Wisteria lane is that nothing is what it looks. Every day you'll see neighbours smiling
at each other helping each other out. But what goes behind that door, you'll never know. Like my friends. they all have there own secrets. Yes, Wisteria lane is a beautiful street with many secrets and all the people will do anything to keep those secrets. (you'll see parts of wisteria lane when Mary alice is talking)
"Are you ready to go Honey?" Ken said softly to Susan
"Wait just a minute I need to prepare and get a few things." She said very fast and looking guilty
"You know, you don't need to take the whole house with you it's just a visit." Ken answered with a laugh
"Please stop talking I can't do this if you keep talking to me." Susan replied annoyed
"Mom! Ken! I'm home are you ready to go? Danielle just called me and said that mrs. Hodge is already there." Julie was just comming in when she said that
"I'm Coming! Now I'm ready." Susan said breathing out some air.
"Are you sure you want to do this?" Ken asked Susan
"Yes I owe it to him and I need closure after 2 years." She said with confidence but in pain (you can see it the pain in her eyes)
"lets go, Julie! Could you go and get the car." Susan shouted to Julie
They arrived on a cemetery, You'll see all of Susan's friends. When Susan saw the tombstone she collapsed and started to cry. All her friends were trying to comfort her but it's not working
Yes, 2 years ago from today, Mike Delfino went missing. and today is the yearly day that all his friends come to visit his grave (they gave up searching and assumed he died not officially but his friend think that) . But for one person it's the first time in 2 years. His ex-wife Susan couldn't visit him because of the pain of her loss.

It's morning
You see Bree busy with different things in the hous, cooking, cleaning etc. and then she went back to the bedroom and told Orson "Orson I'm going to the publisher, those SOB's messed up AGAIN!" Orson was half awake and answered "Why are you going so early honey? Can't you go in the afternoon." "No I can't, I have to join Andrew with the promotion of the new cookbook. He is already there preparing. So I have to be quick, I just finished your Breakfast and got the newspaper it's on the table I have to go, Bye honey!" She said with a rush and rushed to the publisher
"Byyee!" he said half a sleep
Orson woke up stumbling downstairs to go eat his breakfast
Orson told himself grumpy "Not Sandwiches again! How can my wife publish cookbooks but every morning I'm eating sandwiches."
After Bree went to the publisher she went to the store
Bree got back from the publisher and went to the store were she was going to promote her book "Andrew! Is everything going all right with the promotion."she asked Andrew with a smile. Andrew was busy arranging things with the shop owner. When he saw his mother, he walked to her and answered: "Well the store opens in an hour so you must start preparing for a lot of book signing. Huh? Didn't you bring Benjamin?" He said looking around her to check if Benjamin is there."What do you mean "bring Benjamin?" she lifted her eyebrow and looked confused. His faced turned a bit angry "I told you yesterday, It will be good for promoting if they see you with Benjamin. How could you forget that?" "You did? I was to busy with my Husband Andrew. He just got out of prison. Now don't take that tone with me, I'm still your mother." She looked high up as his mother.
Andrew gave up the argue because it was time "Fine! Call Orson then, let him bring Benjamin here" Bree was getting annoyes and said "No, I won't use my son for work!" Andrew's Face turned angry again and said on a sarcastic tone "Oh but you have no problem that I'm your manager?" She can't believe that they are having this agument and answered "That's another story Benjamin is too young." Andrew just did not have time for this "Never mind They are opening so go sit and sign."he said with a calm voice. "Humph!" Bree replied.
The shop owner walked toward Bree and asked"We are opening mrs Hodge are you ready?" She answered with a straight forward and confident "Yes I am"

After the reveal and Bree saw what was under that cloth she was shocked"Oh my God! These aren't my books" Andrew Shouted "This is Porn!" The shop owner was confused cause he was convinced these books were her and asked "These aren't you're books?", "Off course not you idiot I write cookbooks not Cock books!" Bree replied.
Andrew saw Orson and Benjamin coming inside and told his mother "Mom there is Benjamin" Bree was shocked and asked"Orson what are you doing here "
"I wanted to let Benjamin see his mother in action and (with quiet voice) and I didn't want to eat sandwiches Again" He said half to himself "what did you say? Never mind but it's very sweet of you to Come, Come here you"

Andrew saw benjamins face turn a bit green and warned his mother "Uh! Mom Benjamin doesn't look very well"Bree replied with "What are you…"
Benjamin threw up Bree dress was full off puke "Talking about…. Can this day get any worse……"

Lynette Scavo, a stay at home mother of 4 kids, I remembered her as one of the strongest women I knew. She would put her kids before anything. Although she would do anything for her Children she would do the same with her husband Tom. Like supporting him in opening a pizzeria. She had many marital problems the first few years after my death: Being to bossy, the Dancer/stripper Nora, Tom's love-child Kayla and The manager Rick. But now after 10 years...
You'll see Preston getting released from jail. And walking towards Lynette without any regret of his actions "sorry mom, I didn't mean to do it" Lynette looked at her son, not believing a word he just said.
"hmmm okay, and the last five cars you stole weren't meant to either?" She said with a sarcastic tone. "why can't I get through to you? Do you want to stay permanently in jail? Is that what you want?"
Preston looked ashamed because of his mother yelling at him "Mom could we please go home, you can scold me all you want" Lynette was far from done scolding his child but she saw al the police men watching her so she agreed and took him home.
When Preston went in the house, he immediately went to his room. Not fast enough because Lynette went after him and started yelling again "What do I have to get through to you, I always thought when you were little that you didn't understood my threats but now I think you did understood it but you just ignored me" Lynette started crying and Preston face turned to guilt. "Mom I'm really really sorry, I swear I will not do it again" Lynette lifted her head and said "You promise, cause I can't handle you anymore" He answered with a confident "I promise" Lynette walked out of the room and the second that she got out of his sight, her face lightened up "That's how you take care of children" She said to herself. What she didn't know was that Preston was playing with her and he knew the crying was fake and when Lynette got out of his sight he quickly opened the window and escaped.
The door bell rang. Lynette opened the door and it was 18-year-old Kayla with her grand parents. Lynette was shocked but very happy when she saw Tom car driving into the driveway. "Tom Look who's here!" She said with a fake smile on her face. The last thing she wants was to deal with Kayla again after what she had put them through. "Hi Guys, What are you all doing here" Tom said with a calm voice although Tom doesn't like it to see Kayla again. "Well were going on a vacation because of or fiftieth anniversary and we thought it was time get you to bond with your daughter again so here she is, so we are going and will pick her up next month" The grandfather told them in a rush a fled away. Lynette and Tom didn't have a chance to react so they invited Kayla in.
While Kayla was sitting down at the table, Tom and Lynette talked a bit about Kayla. "Please Lynette be nice to her she is still my daughter although I know you hate her for putting us through hell, she still is a child" he said begging that Lynette wasn't getting angry. "fine just because I know I can't win this fight and the fact that she is your daughter, I'll give her another chance." She said desperately. "Thank you, Honey. I'm going to take a shower" he replied happy.
Lynette went downstairs to talk to Kayla. And sat down looking very serious at Kayla. "Kayla, I need to ask you one question" Lynette said with a calm tone in her voice. Ask away" She answered. "Do you have any regret for putting us through all that child abuse issues?" Lynette asked carefully. "I only regretted that fact that I had to put Dad through it, You on the other hand, I don't" she replied to Lynette with a smile. "I see you haven't changed a bit, but could you for Tom's sake just act normal for a month"
Lynette tried to ask Kayla "I will be nice if I want to be nice you can't stop me". Lynette got shocked, cause this girl hasn't matured even a little after 5 years. "I tried to ask it nicely but I'm now telling you if you try to wreak havoc again, I will kick You out of the house" Lynette tried to threaten Kayla but Kayla did the unexpected and slapped her step-mother.
Kayla's face turned red and said very softly so only Lynette could've heard it "You don't want to mess with me, you know were I'm capable of. Especially after so many years. Ii gave me enough time to think of how I'm going to take revenge, so No Lynette I will wreak havoc and If I were you I would be really scared right now" Lynette got very scared cause she couldn't do anything so she went to the laundry room and cried. Kayla saw her crying and said to herself "This is only the beginning" and laughed with a very evil smile.

Gabrielle Solis, an ex-model and mother of 2. I remembered her as the housewife who had everything someone could even dream of. She had the looks, the money, high-powered career, the house and later a rich husband. Although it looked like she had everything, there was one thing she didn't have. Her husband's attention. So she went and looked for it somewhere else. She found it in her under aged teenage gardener. Of course that didn't go on very long. After some rough times She and her husband, Carlos got divorced but every day still loving each other. Finally they realise they were meant to be together and after 10 years……
Gabrielle was bathing Celia and Juanita
"Cut it of Celia, don't tease Juanita "Gabby scolded Celia. Juanita sticks her tongue out to Celia "But mommy she started it first "Celia said with a sad, cute voice "I know and I'm sorry mommy yelled at you. You both just have to stop, mommy is really tired and I want to rest" Gabby said desperately to her children. "Okay mommy "Juanita and Celia answered. Finally after there bath time, Gabrielle put them in bed and gave them a kiss. "Good night mommy "her children answered Gabrielle.
Gabrielle walked down the stairs to Carlos who was sitting on the couch waiting for his wife. He couldn't do a thing but wait, Because he is still blind. "Honey could you get me a glass of wine" Carlos asked Gabby but gabby wasn't really listening anymore and she got herself a glass of wine and sat next to Carlos, Drinking very quietly. "Gabby I know you're here, could you please get me a glass of wine?" Carlos asked again searching for Gabrielle with his hands.
"Shut up Carlos, I'm to tired to do anything now please" Gabrielle answered annoyed. "I'm sorry but I'm bored, I haven't done a thing today and you're never around" Gabrielle put the glass down, stood up and yelled at Carlos "That's because I have been raising YOUR children, so I'm sorry Carlos if you're bored with this life but you choose this." Carlos answered "You wanted it to, it's not that I forced you to get another surrogate" Gabrielle sat down again and answered calmly "Off course I agreed with it, After what we have been through, I just wanted something positive to happen. I never realised that I was going to get kids and now that I have them…." Gabrielle stopped talking and Carlos asked"What is it? Aren't you happy with our children?" Gabrielle looked very sad and said "I never thought our children would turn out like this" "What do you mean by that Gaby" Carlos asked irritated "Are you saying or kids are not like famous models?" Gabrielle got angry again and told him"How dare you say that! Okay maybe it did cross my mind that they're a bit small and maybe a little exercise wouldn't hurt but It doesn't mean I don't love them just as much as you do" Gabrielle answered. "I can't believe this, What kind of mother would say that there own children are fat and small" Carlos stood up and slammed the wall. Gabrielle walked away and said" I never said that they were FAT and SMALL I just said a little change in lifestyle couldn't hurt."
Gabrielle walked to the stairs" I'm to tired to keep arguing about this, I'm going to bed" "Fine, I'm going to sleep on the couch" Gabrielle walked upstairs to her room and saw Juanita sitting on her bed with make-up on" Mommy were playing Fashion-model" Gabrielle was shocked "You're supposed to be in bed come on were is Celia" Gabrielle grabbed Juanita to wash her face. After they were done She put Juanita back in bed and saw that Celia was still sleeping so she gave Juanita another kiss and went back to her own room. You'll see Celia awake and she has one of Gabrielle's dresses on while Juanita has another lipstick in her pocket.
Carlos came upstairs and saw Gabrielle crying "I'm sorry baby for yelling at you" Gabrielle looked up to Carlos "Those kids are the World to me and it hurts so much that you tell me that I only care about how they look" Gabrielle explained "I'm sorry I know they're the world to you" Carlos hugged her and said "for the record I think they look beautiful" Carlos whispered in Gabrielle's ear "How do you know you blind idiot" She said with a small laugh "Because they are our children, how could they not be beautiful" They both laughed and kissed.

Susan Mayer, a children's book illustrator. She was the first neighbour I befriended. She was a bit of a klutz but with a charming tone to it. When she moved to Wisteria Lane, she was still married to Karl and they lived happily with there daughter Julie. Not much later she found out he had an affair with his secretary and he left her. Not much later she got a new neighbour, Mike Delfino. After 3 years she finally married him and got a child, Maynard James Delfino. Now after 10 years……
Ken, Susan and Julie just came back from the cemetery. "Honey are you feeling okay" Ken asked his newly-wed wife. "Please leave me alone, I need some time for my own" Susan walked up the stairs to her bed room and sat down on her bed, opening a drawer with a picture of mike in it. She looked at it for a long time and you see a tear rolling down her cheek. Not long after she started to break down and started to cry harder and harder. Julie walked in and sat down next to her mother not saying a word but only hold her hand.
Ken was standing by the door watching how his wife was in pain. He knew he never would've topped mike and could never replace him, but he knows she has to move on. She can't be stuck on this. So he walked in "Honey, come I've prepared dinner and taken the week off, we'll go on our perfect honeymoon" Susan put the picture back in the drawer and stood up "We already had our honeymoon why would we go for another?" Ken tried to comfort her but Susan was rejecting it "Because our honeymoon went terribly wrong, everything you saw that reminded you of mike. We couldn't enjoy the moment" Susan got angry and stormed out of the room before she left she said "I told you I need a moment alone" She tripped over a toy from Maynard just before she left.
Ken stood there shocked of his wife. Julie comforted him "You have to understand, Mike was the love of her life and they have been through so much. She can't just forget him neither stop loving him." Ken knew that he'll always be on the second place with Susan "I know and I know I could never replace mike but I can tell that we love each other and I just don't want to see her in pain anymore. I feel so hopeless, because I can give her everything she wants. What I can't give is Mike and that hurt's" Julie felt sorry for her new step-dad "You'll just have to give her some time, It's just to fresh now. She'll come around I just know it" Ken gave a small smile "I can only hope".
Susan sat outside on the porch. Just staring at nothing. Lynette saw her sitting outside and walked to Susan. Lynette could tell from Susan's face and the recent events, what she was thinking about. "Sweety are you doing all right?" Lynette asked. Susan looked into Lynette's eyes "No I can say I'm honestly not okay" Susan stood up and walked to Maynard who was playing outside "I never thought it would hurt this much, I really thought I was over him and that I could face him, but I really couldn't. All this time I was lying to myself. I'm not even sure anymore if it was the right choice to marry Ken" Susan said desperately. Lynette suddenly hugged her "It will al be okay, you just need a good night sleep and everything will look much clearer believe me" Suddenly Susan remembered something Mary Alice told her.
"We all have moments of quiet desperation, but if we face them head on, that's when we find out how strong we really are"
Susan thought very long about that line, while Lynette was still hugging her. "Thank you Lynette, I'm feeling much better now" Lynette let her go "In times of pain or loss it's always a good thing to have friends around" Lynette said with a smile to Susan." But I have to go prepare dinner for the kids, I'll see you tomorrow at poker night" Lynette walked slowly away "Yeah Ken has already prepared dinner for me so I'll be going to" Susan replied and they both walked away to there own respective houses. Susan walked back inside her house and saw Ken and hugged him immediately and kissed him "I'm sorry for my outburst but I just….." Ken stopped her with another kiss "You don't have to explain, I know you have been going through a rough time, Let's just eat" Ken called Julie to come to dinner and they all sat happily at dinner table eating. Not saying a word just a quiet but peaceful dinner. Julie just asked one question "Mom is everything okay now" Susan looked up from her plate "It will be Julie, it will be"

Katherine is sitting on the dining table planning something. Suddenly the door bell rang. Katherine putted everything down, walked to the door and opened it. It was Dylan. She just came back from Paris. "Mom!" they hugged each other tight "I'm so happy to see you again" she told her mother. "I've missed you too, Come on in you must be tired" They walked inside the house. Dylan was looking around, looking if anything has changed to her home. "Nothings changed, home sweet home" Katherine smiled and asked "So….. When am I going to meet you fiancée?" Dylan smiled very charming and just before she wanted to answer, Adam came home. "Adam!" When Dylan saw Adam she hugged him "Dylan I didn't know you were coming home today? How you've been?" Adam asked hugging her back. Katherine interrupted the two "Well she was just going to tell me when we are going to meet her fiancée" Katherine kept on pushing, because she was dying to know who her fiancée would be. "I'm going to shower first and I trust you, Katherine, that you'll tell me all details later" Adam said with a smile as he walked up the stairs.
Katherine was still waiting for Dylan to answer. "Fine mom I'll tell you. Well actually I don't need to because he is flying in, in about 3 weeks. I think you'll like him." Dylan explained to her mom. Katherine sat down again "Well you're my daughter, I would always trust your taste" Katherine knew that her own daughter would have a good taste in men; she got that from her mother. "Except for Wayne" Dylan said very carefully, not wanting to upset her mother. After 5 years of Wayne's death, they still haven't talked about it. Like Wayne never existed. "Please Dylan, I don't want to talk about it, he is gone and he will never hurt us again. That is all I need to know." Katherine stood up again and walked to the kitchen "and you're right my taste in men isn't very reliable so you're damn sure that I want to meet your fiancée" Dylan could've seen this coming so she just agreed to her mother "Yeah mom I know, I'm going to rest now the plane sucked, I couldn't close an eye" Katherine smiled and said "Alright, I'll wake you when dinner is ready"
Katherine started to make dinner. Suddenly the phone rang. She picked up the phone. "Hello Mayfair residence. Who am I speaking to?" she was walking back and forth in the living room "You're coming back why?" still walking and smiling at the phone "How lovely, I'm glad you want to help but I'm not even sure she wants me to do it yet" Katherine's smile slowly fades away "I see, well I'll see you then, I guess,"
She hung up the phone and finished dinner.
They were having a peaceful dinner when Dylan asked her mom "Mom, I would like you to plan the wedding with me, would you do that for me?" Katherine looked surprised "Off course honey, you don't have to ask that. I would do anything for you" Katherine then thought about the phone call "Actually your uncle is coming back to help you organize to" Dylan was shocked and smiled after that "Is uncle Josh coming to? I haven't seen him for a year now" Katherine answered "Yeah he is coming tomorrow he just called me. Don't forget he maybe still fragile about what happened last year. So don't say anything that will remind him of it" she tried to make clear to Dylan.
After there dinner Julie came by to visit Dylan. After some talking Julie asked her "Why aren't you having a bachelorette party?" Dylan was surprised, because she forgot it herself "I didn't think about it" Katherine heard it when she walked in and sat down with Dylan and Julie "I'll throw you one, just give me a guest list and I'll do the rest" Katherine said to Dylan with a pleasant smile. Dylan hugged her mom "Thank you mom, you're the best" Katherine walked to he dining table and started planning.
Adam came down and sat down next to Katherine. "Is Josh really coming here just to help planning?" Katherine stopped writing "I don't know but he's still my brother I trust him" Adam heard the not so confident voice of Katherine "You don't trust him anymore, do you after last year? Come on he didn't kill anyone he just left without telling you, that's not a crime" Katherine was getting upset "I had a great relationship with him, We told each other about our lives every week, but he suddenly moves away without telling me a thing, how do you think that makes me feel? But now I'm going to act carefully and I'm going to find out what he is hiding from me for a year. Come on in the last year he didn't even try to contact me. He can't come back like nothing's changed." Adam hugged her and Katherine just let it go.

Edie Britt, the neighbourhood man-eater. I didn't know her really well, but me and my friends always thought of her as a threat. Even after my death. She had been with the exes from my friends: Mike, Carlos, Karl and Orson. One day 5 years ago my friends decided to better not be friends with her and abandoned her. Now after 10 years….
It was poker night, all the girls have gathered to play some cards and gossip about recent activity in there own lives and other neighbours lives. "Ante up!" Lynette shouted. Gabby walked down the stairs looking at al her friends exhausted and sat down on her usual spot "Okay I've put them to sleep, they'll be down for at least an hour"
"Gabby you look exhausted do you need any help" Susan said to Gabby with a look that says: every mother goes through this you just have to toughen up. Bree and Lynette looked at Susan with a look that said: You maybe had a perfect child but most mother's go through hell to raise there children. After all the look exchanging, Katherine came in. "Sorry I'm late I was planning the wedding for Dylan" Everyone was shocked, because they didn't know Dylan was engaged already. "When did Dylan get engaged? Does Julie know?" Susan asked Katherine. "Sorry guys, I was to busy with planning that I didn't even announce her engagement" Katherine replied with guilt. "Okay enough talking let's play some cards before I fall asleep" Gabby said. While all the housewives were inside playing cards. They had no idea what was going on outside.
A car drove up to Gabby's front porch. The door opens and a high-heeled-shoe steps out of the car.. The blond woman walks toward the door and rings the bell.
"Who could that be?" Bree said looking at all her friends. Gabby stood up walked slowly to the door and opened it. She was shocked. Gabby just stood there for 5 minutes looking at who that was. All her friends were still dying to know who that was. The mystery guest walked in the house, walking passed Gabby. All housewives were shocked now.
Edie Britt has returned.
All housewives thought off how they left it 5 years ago with Edie and the were scared of what Edie was going to do after 5 years. "Hi everybody I see that you still have you're famous poker night without me" Edie laughed while looking at the housewives. "A lot has happened these 5 years and I want to ask for your forgiveness with everything that happened these past 10 years" Everyone was relieved that she didn't want to do anything drastic or something. "Edie we are sorry to of how we left things with you before you moved away and if you could forgive us we could forgive you too" Susan said while looking around. The housewives agreed with her. "Thank you guys, I still have a lot of things to unpack so I'll see you another time" Edie walked out the door leaving the housewives who were still surprised Edie returned.
"Woh! I still can't believe Edie is back!" Lynette said astonished be the recent event. "I almost forgot about her, After we told her we didn't want to be friends with her anymore" Bree said that while looking guilty, because she thinks part of it is her fault." Susan stood up and walked around "Well, I'm still happy that we are on good terms with her" Her friends all agreed with her on that one
On the other side of Wisteria Lane. Edie walked into her old house and poured something to drink. She walked to the window where she could watch the neighbourhood. "You conniving little bitches I want to forgive, I do. But it's just so damn Hard! So I have to take my revenge first before I can forgive you. It's going to be a hell of a party" Edie was laughing wile quietly drinking.

In the last 5 years new neighbours has come and gone, but there was one neighbour in particular who was a bit different. He and his wife moved in 4 years ago, suddenly they moved away last year only leaving a empty house behind. Now after a year……….
A man stepped out of the car and walked to his old house. He rang the bell. A lovely lady opened the door "You're back, how was your trip?" The man walked inside the house looking around and told the movers that they could move the stuff inside in the living room. "I'll move the rest, I have to do it myself or I will never be satisfied with it" He walked further into the house and saw that nothing had been cleaned for days "hm, Could you come back tomorrow, I have enough stuff here anyway and I have some business to attend to first" the movers looked confused "At 3 o'clock in the morning?" The man looked at them. The movers knew he was going to say, it's none of there business. They saved him the energy and just left.
He walked to the lovely lady and looked very harsh "You're a maid right? So why is this house not sparkling clean? I don't even know why I hired you in the first place" The lovely lady laughed and walked upstairs "To refresh your memory, you didn't hire me, I hired myself to take care of her, not your house" He walked after her to the master bedroom. Another beautiful lady was lying there in bed "You said something changed in her condition?" The man walked toward the body, sat down and took her hand. "Yeah it did, I saw her react to my hand" The man looked happy and smiled more when he heard the news. Later he stood up and asked the lovely lady if she would leave him for a second. She walked outside.
The man closed the door and sat down next to the body. "It had been a year now, You know I still love you don't you? You're just playing with me，I know it? I don't even know why I'm still here. What you did was unforgivable. But now that you need me, I won't be so cruel to let you die alone" The man stood up and walked to the window.

Yes it has been 10 ears since I committed suicide. I'm glad that after my death I could keep my memories from my friends. I could see so much more then my friends know.
