I'm sorry for all the things back then.
I'm sorry for all the things we said.
I'm sorry that I made you cry.
I'm sorry as I watched you die.
I'm sorry that I brought you pain.
I'm sorry that my blood would stain.
I'm sorry that I had to lie.
All those years it hurt inside.
I tried to save you once before.
But in the end I hurt you more.
I made you think I didn't care.
But in reality I was scared.
Scared that you would be taken away,
Scared that I would go insane,
Scared of all the blood and gore,
Scared that I would see much more.
I just wanted to find that stupid stone.
So we could all just go home.
So we can stay home together.
As we promised forever and ever.
