Chapter 2

Hollykit ran out of the nursery towards the leaders den. Before she could reach the den she saw 2 unfamiliar cats enter the camp. One was the size of an apprentice, he was a handsome, black and white tom with blue eyes. The other one was a large brown tabby. The apprentice runs up to Hollykit, but Hollykit springs at him and holds on tightly.

"Intruder, what are you doing in our territory?" Hollykit hissed.

"I Mean no harm, we need the leader!" the apprentice yowled.

Hollykit lets go of the apprentice. BrightStar races out of the den wondering what all the racket is about.

"Swiftpaw, Whats the matter?" BrightStar asked.

" Stream Clan is under attack, we need your help!" Swiftpaw answered.

" Well, lets go!" BrightStar hissed.

BrightStar, Swiftpaw, and the brown warrior gathered up warriors then left the camp. Hollykit was in deep thought. Swiftpaw is very handsome. I hope I can be an apprentice soon and see him more at gatherings. Lionblaze sits next to Hollykit.

" Your going to be an apprentice tomorrow." Lionblaze meowed. "But we can't find a warrior to mentor you."

" I will." Darkfeather meowed.

Lionblaze turns to Darkfeather. " Well your still strong, okay you can mentor her." Lionblaze smiled.

Hollykit's eyes were full of excitement and happiness. All of the sudden strange cats were invading the camp.

" Run, Hollykit, go to the nursery!" Lionblaze hissed.

Hollykit ran as fast as she can, but the leader of the group grasped her into his teeth. Hollykit squealed trying to get free. The leader still had her in his jaws. He ran off with her and was gone.

" Hollykit, no!" Lionblaze cried.

" Its too late you cant save her now." Darkfeather cried. "Ill go alone later tonight to bring her back." Darfeather growled.

Everything settled and the rest of the clan came back. Lionblaze explained what happened to Hollykit and so on. Night time soon came, and Darkfeather set off to get Hollykit back. It was dark enough for no cat to see him. He crossed the border of Sun Clan to Bramble Clan. In Bramble Clan territory, there was a lot of bramble bushes. It was dark an quiet. Darkfeather finally reached the clan. He quietly went in and to the nursery. It was not long till Darkfeather was spotted by the leader.

"What are you doing in my territory?" the leader asked.

" I want to join your clan BrambleStar." Darkfeather lied.

" Alright, you can join." The leader answered. " You will start mentoring Hollykit tomorrow.

Darkfeather went to the warriors den then went to sleep.

Sun high came and Darkfeather met Hollykit in the back of the nursery.

"Hollykit we can escape now!" Darkfeather grasped Hollykit into his jaws and ran out through the camp walls. He finally reached the borders of SunClan. He ran as fast as he can to the camp and ran into the entrance. He dropped Hollykit gently onto the ground.
