Hello I wanted to try my hand at a Psych fanfic since I'm kinda obsessed with the show -twitches- I have been since season 2 I think.

I apoplogize for not posting it. So many things came up with school ending for the summer and finals. Enjoy

"Spencer...I swear if you do not vacate off my desk I will-"

"You'll what Lassie? Let me do your job for you once again? With that of all the talent and finesse I can barely contain in my mighty pinky?" Shawn held out his pinky in Lassiter's face.

"If so then bring ittt!"

Lassiter took a deep, deep, long breath closing his eyes. When he opened them again he made his face more menacing.

"No, actually Spencer I'll arrest you" he took out his cuffs. "For-for..."

"Being awesome?" Shawn asked batting his eyes. "You promise?"

Just then Juliet came through the double doors heading straight for Lassister, files in hand.

"Carlton! I got the lead on that case of-hello Shawn" she stopped short. Shawn looked at her.

"What's up Juliet? What have you got there?" He shot up from Lassiter desk, circling around Juliet like a wolf to a lone sheep. Juliet tried her best to shield the folders she held, mostly in vain.

"Oh Jules, c'mon" Shawn shook his head at Juliet in pity. "You'll know that I'll find out you have in that lovely manilla..."

"Shawn!" the trio turned their head's in unison in time to see a fuming Gus, holding something tiny in his palm. Shawn looked up cheerily.

"Gus! buddy just in time! I was just trying to get the skinny on our new case. Care to-"

"SHAWN! How did this puppy end up in my Echo?" Gus' nostrils flared. The Pug, shivered looking around at the faces before him. "I leave for one minute to buy that limited edition pineapple Big Gulp you begged for, and the next minute when I come back 'this' is sitting in your place" Gus continued, while holding the puppy up for emphasis. The Pug whined, curling itself into Gus' large palm.

"Aw Gus. Be gentle with the little guy" Shawn reached out to the puppy but Gus held it out of his reach. "No Shawn. You left an abandoned, defenseless puppy in my car and you expect me to just hand him over. Oh hell no" With that Gus held the pug close and strode away, petting it and whispering sweet words.

"Gus! C'mon! Oh so you're just gonna -You know what?" he turned to Lassiter and Juliet smiling meekly. "I'll take a rein check. Seeya Jules", he bowed in her direction. "Lassie" he curtsied and ran off. Juliet and Lassiter watched him before looking at each other.

"What were you saying?" they said at the same time.
