Durant un instant j'oubliai comment respirer. J'étais ému par ce que j'ai vu.
Mathieu me souriait, cela n'était pas trop surprenant mais, son expression et son rire. Et la femme. La femme qui apparait au-dessus de ses épaules. Un ange.
Mon ange.
« Jeanne… »
Le prénom m'a échappé sans que je le veuille. L'ange disparut avec le sourire de Mathieu.
« Francis…? T'es correct? »
Une partie de moi voulait pleurer. Une autre voulait d'informer Mathieu que son français est adorable mais faux. Mais les yeux inquiets de mon prodigue préféré me font sourire doucement, pour le rassurer
« Mais oui Mathieu, c''est juste que j'ai réalisé qu'il est temps de changer le visage de mon dieu.»
Matthieu me fait son sourire, celui que j'ai toujours adoré
« T'es dingue parfois, tu sais? »
« Mathieu, pourquoi voudrais-tu me faire mal~? »
Il rit et je ne peux faire rien d'autre lui offrir un sourire, car un bientôt je voudrais lui offrir tout mon amour.

She's from France so I took her word for some things that I thought sounded weird; I figure it must be correct because it sounds awkward to me XD
The one I had most difficulties actually accepting was the first words Originally I wrote "Pour un moment" but she said a native (from France) would say "durant un instant" or simply "un instant". I tried typing it but I thought they were so awkward, I kept thinking Pour un instant sounds better right? There's even a song that I know called that! Then I realized it was from Harmonium and they were a Québécois band…CURSE YOU JOUALE!
So yeah I went with "Durant" cuz' I don't know I guess I found it the less awkward of the two~ But then again the whole French language is just an awkward mess to me~
But I still hope I can write more in French since I need to practice it~
Note to self: FIGHT THE AWKWARDNESS!

…Je veux dire, que vous trouvez que mon français est intéressant. Mes profs en primaires trouvaient mon francais (spécifiquement mon accent) adorable mais quand en secondaire ils me trouvaient pitoyable.
Mais je juste voulais t'informer que mon variant sur la langue française n'est pas un bon modele pour le reste du Québec. Sérieusement.
