The Silent Child
By
Lily
A/N-This is kind of an prelude into my next series, "The Silent Child." Please read this, before you begin to read the series. I wrote this all on my own, and any character that seem to you, to be heard of…belong to J.K. Rowling
Silence.
No music.
No sound.
Not even a gust of
wind brushes a child's shoulder.
A girl cries in the
corner of an empty room
But yet, there is
Silence.
The darkness
surrounds the child,
And she is swallowed
by it
No light.
No breathing.
Just the ice cold
feeling of life being sucked from her
The child can see a
baby in the background
The baby is crying.
Yet there is
Silence.
"Take me, not
Harry!" shouts a woman
Yet, there is
Silence.
"What is this?"
Asks the child
"What am I seeing?"
"This poor, poor
baby…"
"Needs the help and
love of a mother."
"Why is this
happening?"
Asks the child.
And still, there is
no sound; silence.
Soon, there is no
longer the empty quietness of that room
The girl grows up,
barely taking a look at that
Silent, empty, cold, dark, unvoiced room
And yet her future
was told there
The girl still grows
up,
Never knowing of
this Silence
Which once swallowed
her into
The telling of her
future
And yet, there is
the silence
Until the man
The horrid man that
brought the silence
Is back.
"That boy is as good
as mine."
Thought the man
But oh how wrong he
was
For that Silent
child
Knew more about the
'boy'
Than anyone in the
world
Studying, caring,
and training that boy
To become the
perfect husband, eventually
The silent child
became the wife of the boy
And helped defeat
the awful man
And the Silence was
broken
And once more,
There was music,
And there was sound.
And once more,
There was light,
And there was
breathing.
And once more,
There was merry
making
And once more,
The Silent Child had
helped bring the world together.
But that Silent
Child never knew what had come into her hands
The most horrid tool
known to man,
And she would never
find
How deadly it would
actually be
A/N-I am just so mean! Well, look for the story: The Silent Child, Coming soon!
All characters belong to J.K. Rowling. Only the title and plot of the Silent Child belong to me.
