Harry woke up slowly, something heavy and warm was pressing down on his stomach. When he opened his eyes he blinked a couple of times and a big furry black face appeared in front of his eyes. Harry shouted in surprise and Padfoot barked a laugh. Harry glared at him until he got off. Hearing the commotion James and Lily appeared in his bedroom door.
"Happy Birthday Harry!" James and Lily said from the door.
"Thanks" Harry grinned at his parents
"Sirius I wouldn't be surprised if next year he really did install a bolt" James teased Sirius. He transformed back into a man and ruffled Harry's hair
"Nah he loves it, don't you kid" Harry tried not to glare at him so he resorted to rolling his eyes and he left the room. He could hear laughter while he was in the bathroom. When he was done Harry turned to the door and heard a tremendous BANG like a car backfiring. Harry jumped and turned around. Standing on the window sill was a House Elf.
