Author's note: Hello! This is my made up love story about Gaara and a made up character named Higa Hyuga AKA Hinata and Neji's cousin. For it to make more sense I'll describe her for you: long light brown hair tied up high in a ponytail, byakugan eyes, bangs parted to both sides, leaf headband (black), black sleeveless shirt with the hyuga clan symbol on it, short green shorts with her ninja sack behind, long black sandals, two arm bands (white). Personality: bright and full of energy, usually very happy, is always smiling unless you make her angry (she gets really dangerous and strong when she's angry). Never gives up. Backstory: holds half of the shukkaku jinchuuriki, had both parents killed in the ninja war, has one older brother (lives outside the leaf village). Powers: mangekyou sharingan (unlocks when she's 16) byakugan, tailed beast mode, hyuga clan powers, most of the Uchiha clan powers, healing palm sage jutsu, sand/earth style jutsu. Age: 15 (at the moment)
It may take a while for the love to start but I'll get there soon in the next few chapters.

Chapter 1: Unexpected Events
(Higa's monologue)
I woke up to the sound of bright woodpeckers outside my window on the newly blossomed Sakura tree. They woke me up at the same time everyday making the same sounds. So I got up, as I passed my window I saw it was a beautiful day outside, the sun was shining and there wasn't a single cloud in sight. It seemed like the perfect day for training. I walked by my messy room with clothes and ninja books; scrolls everywhere on the floor, I always seemed to have it like this. I went straight to the bathroom and brushed and washed my face until I stopped and looked in the mirror. My hair was really messy. I brushed it and it took a while but it was worth it because it felt much better. I went over to my nearly empty fridge and brought out the milk I would have with my cereal, the usual breakfast. In 5 minutes I got ready and headed outside the door to see a familiar face. They had long blond hair tied up high in two ponytails and an orange and black blazer with black shorts. My best friend Naruko Uzumaki. "Good morning Higa! Kakashi sensei said he would give us some important training today.
