I can't believe him. How dare he! How dare he burn my favourite ribbon. Oh, when I get my hands on him, he's going to regret it.
I run towards the guild after him, but he's getting farther and farther away. Curse my inability to run quickly.
I finally get to the guild and I'm currently raging at everything.
"Natsu! Where are you hiding?" I practically growled
"Lucy?" It seems that my anger has caught the attention of my guild-mates.
"Where is he?" He referring to Natsu obviously.
A lot of people seemed afraid as for the ones that weren't like Mirajane, Laxus, and Erza, well they just sweat-dropped.
I see Erza slowly walk up to me and asked "Who is it that you're looking for Lucy?"
"Natsu. Where is he?"
"Natsu hasn't been here since yesterday. We thought that he was coming with you."
Damn it. So I ran all the way to the guild and he isn't even here.
"I see." I guess I'll just wait here to see if he come by.
I walk over to levy-chan and just forgot about the whole accident this morning, and after about 10 minutes everyone completely forgot about my rage.
Time just flew by and I noticed that it was getting late. So he didn't come to the guild after all.
I get up and wave goodbye to everyone then started to walk home.
As usual I walk along the edge of the river.
"Lucy-san, make sure you don't fall in!"
"Ok!"
After a couple more minutes I'm almost at home when I see a head of pink, or salmon if you will, hair.
"Natsu!" Tch! He has the decency to show up at my home after what he did.
He turned around and had a frantic look on his face. It turns out that I was so mad I didn't notice I was falling into the river.
"Lucy!" He grabbed on to my arm to try and pull me back but we both ended up getting soaked.
"Lucy are you okay?"
"I'm fine, but what are you doing at my house?!"
"Well... Um I thought that since I burned your ribbon I thought I'll buy you new one. I spent the whole day looking for the perfect one for you."
"Eh, really? Thank you."
"Uh well it's kinda soaking wet now." Is it weird that I forgot we fell in the river?
He pulled out a pink ribbon with outlines of hearts all over it and handed it to me.
"Sorry, Lucy."
"It's fine. I love it."
"Really?!"
"Yeah. Thank you!"
"Here I'll put it on for you." P-p-put it on for-r me? No way! That's way to embarrassing.
No sooner than he said it, he took a lock of my hair and started tying the ribbon in. We were so close that I couldn't help but blush.
When he finished tying the ribbon he pulled away from me.
"So am I off the hook now."
"Yeah, how about we get out of the river now."
"Hehe, right."
We both walked into my apartment to dry off but the water was making my clothes stick uncomfortably to my skin, so I decided to go take a shower.
"Hey, Natsu. I'm going to go take a shower, okay?"
"Can I go shower with you?"
"ABSOLUTELY NOT!"
